A flashback back to after Vi yelled at Jasmine happens. Jasmine and Irep are on the hospital's rooftop, discussing stuff.
"Are you sure you can grant any wish..?" Jasmine asked the creature.
"You don't have to worry. I can grant your's without any problem." Irep assures the girl. "Are you ready?"
"Yeah... I am..." Jasmine says. Irep takes out a pink soul gem out of her chest. She then falls to the ground.
"There... accept it... this is your destiny..." Irep informs her. She grabs her soul gem carefully.

Back to the present, Jasmine, Hazel, and Bev are discussing what happened the day before during class. Bev had no memory of what happened the day prior. She looked tired. "Hey Bev, didn't you get enough sleep?" Jasmine asks her friend in concern.
"I didn't. I was busy talking to the police and getting checked out at the hospital last night." Bev explained with a tired face.
"Really? What happened?" Hazel asked her. She knew what happened, but wanted to make sure Bev was alright.
"Well apparently I was sleepwalking or some such thing... There were others who had the same symptoms. And when we all woke up we found ourselves in this strange place together. I think it was a factory..." Bev informed her two friends.
"What's up with that?" Jasmine commented.
"The doctors said we all suffered from a mass hallucination. After school today I have to go back for more tests." Bev said in sorrow. She was upset that she couldn't attend football practice.
"After going through that, you should've not gone to school today." Jasmine let Bev know.
"I can't do that! If I stay home, then everyone would think I was sick. I don't want my parents to worry about me even more." Bev worried.

After school, Hazel and Jasmine hang out at the park. The two look up at the bright sky. "It's been a while since I felt this good. I feel awesome!" Jasmine cheered.
"Jasmine, aren't you scared?" Hazel asked her friend.
"Well, I guess I am a little. It wasn't too hard to beat that witch. I gotta admit, it was kind of easy!" Jasmine informed her. "But, I start thinking how I could've lost you or Bev, I think that scares me way more."
Jasmine then shows her pink soul gem to her friend. "I have more confidence now! Maybe I'm just at ease, but I'm just a bit proud of myself too. You can count on magical girl Jasmine Tran to protect Dimmadelphia!"
"Are you sure you don't have any regrets?" Hazel asked her friend.
"I guess if I had to pick one... it would be that I waited as long as I did..." Jasmine stated. She remembered how Peri lost his own life to that witch a few days ago. "But in the end, I did it anyway. I wish I had made up my mind sooner. Maybe Peri would still be alive..."
Hazel starts to cry. She remembers the promise she made to Peri to be a magical girl, right before his final battle. But instead of her, it was Jasmine that took the path of becoming a magical girl. Jasmine then puts a hand on Hazel's shoulder, smiling in encouragement.
"Maybe I should've..." Hazel started.
"Don't you start going could've should've, my sight is 20-20. I feel like I was meant to be a magical girl. I knew what I wanted more than anything else. And if it means I'll risk my life fighting witches, then I'll do it! It took me a long time to realize how much that wish meant to me." Jasmine then looks at her friend. "So after all that, my point is don't feel guilty. It's okay if you don't want to become a magical girl. Maybe you weren't meant to be one." Jasmine then stands up. "I better get going, or I might be late."
"Is it something important..?" Hazel asks her.
"Yeah. I think it is." She told her friend.

Jasmine later visits Vi. She looks better than before. The two were talking. "Why aren't they letting you go home yet?" Jasmine asked her friend.
"I still haven't completed the rehabilitation for my legs. I need to be able to walk freely first." Vi told her. She then stares at her left hand, fully recovered, with curiosity. "They say the recovery of my hand is a total mystery, so they need to look at it more thoroughly."
"How are you feeling now, Vi?" Jasmine asked her. "Do you feel any pain anymore?"
"No, I don't. It almost seems like the accident was a bad dream... It's very weird. What am I even doing in this bed..." Vi looks at Jasmine. "It's just like you said Jasmine, it's a miracle."
Jasmine then notices Vi looks down, feeling somewhat awkward. "Yesterday, I said some very awful things. I was really upset, and it was wrong."
"Oh, don't worry about it. Right now, you should be completely and totally happy. So don't make a face like that." Jasmine assured her.
"Right... All of this just doesn't feel real." Vi admitted.
"Well, I can't blame you for that." Jasmine told her. She then glances at the clock on the wall. "I guess it's about time. Hey, let's get a breath of fresh air."
