Girl next door (Lynn Loud x fem. Reader)

Chapter 6-Chore day

Ding. A text from Lynn. 'Sorry Ale, can't hangout today. Turns out it's chore day'. You read it and without hesitation replied by saying you'd be over in a minute and you would help her with her chores. Lynn of course didn't mind, but she still hadn't expected the offer. Well to you it was less of an offer, more of a demand. Lynn was in the living room when she heard a knock on the front door. That must've been you.
She opened the door and just... smiled. You could see the surprise and confusion on her siblings faces because she doesn't just smile at people. "Hi, sleep well loud?" You asked. Lynn nodded and asked the same to you. "Yeah, kinda cold last night but other than that I was fine" Another nod as she pulled you into the living room.

"Hi, good morning" You said with a wave and soft smile to the family. Many of the Loud siblings smiled back and made their way to do their respective chore. You were following Lynn around as she entered her room and put on a black blazer. "I thought you were supposed to be cleaning."
"I will shortly" Lynn told you with a smug grin.
"Good gravy, where's Lilly!?" You heard Mr. Loud yell from the other room. Immediately you and Lynn went to the doorway where she began to speak.

Leaning in the doorway whilst holding a feather duster she spoke, "Ohhh Dad, already lost Lilly and he told mom he would watch her. Excited to see how this one unfolds." You slightly laughed upon hearing that.
"And this is..?" Lynn sr questioned. Lynns grin went down as she looked at her father.

"I decided if I don't make it as a professional athlete, I need a backup plan sooo... I'm practicing to be a sports announcer." Lynn spoke as she put her hand in her pocket. As she spoke the doorbell rang, and this caused her to look back for a moment before looking back at her dad.

"It's probably child services. Okay. You guys find Lilly, I'll cover. Make a hole!" Mr. Loud whispered as he sped past you guys and down the stairs.
"That was... odd" You spoke, you heard the sound of glass breaking downstairs but ignored it.

"Probably Lincoln" Lynn spoke, "He always messes up cleaning on purpose so dad will do his chores" she rolled her eyes while saying it. That was, quite the form to make someone clean something. You just did it because you were specific about organization. You guys headed down the stairs right at Lincoln came out of the kitchen with a blow up beach ball.

"Hey dad! You might wanna clean the fancy glasses yourself, I think some of them are busted." While Lincoln spoke, you saw Lynn sneak against a wall. While Lincoln finished his sentence, Lynn popped out.

"Ohhhh, somethings busted alright, and his name is Lincoln Loud." As Lynn said this she nodded at him before looking over at you and giving you a short chuckle.
"She's right. Clyde just told me about your little plan so you can get out of chore day." Lynn sr spoke. You blocked out the rest of his statement because all you could do was laugh at the faces Lynn was making.

"We'll be right back after these messages." Lynn said popping out again.

Lynn and yourself had been hanging around in her room as Mr. Loud was picking stuff up and throwing it around the hall trying to find Lilly. "With his back against the wall, dad throws a desperation Hail Mary and lies to Mom." She says leaning out the doorway and making fake faces of betrayal. When Lynn sr speaks 'Not in the mood Lynn' She shrugs and returns into her room.

Lynn jumped as well as yourself when a whistle was blown. "What's that about?" you asked hearing it.
"Family meeting." Her raspy voice spoke.

"The reason I called this family meeting... is because Lilly is missing, well... she's not missing," Mr. Loud said with a breathy laugh, obviously nervous. "It's just that I can't find her." He said with air quotations, "If theres one thing I'm proud of, it's the fact that I can keep track of all my kids... where are all my kids?" Lynn sr said looking at the group of kids.
