Blitz Pov:

I gripped my head in annoyance as the pile of paperwork continued to grow as I stared blankly at the sheet I had in front of my eyes for 30 minuets, staring at the blurred words. Bite marks were printed over my pen as it aggressively tapped against the table.

A sharp hoot broke the clicking as I jumped out of my chair.
I picked up my phone to the notification, already knowing who it was.

"I have something special for tonight, see you soon 💜"

Tonight?

TONIGHT?!?

Shit shit shit shit! how could I forget?!

I shot up from my chair, causing the pile of paperwork to fly off the table. I mentally facepalmed myself before grabbing my coat and dashing out of my office.

I looked at the empty office, noticing everyone had already left, leaving everything on.
I shut the blinds, turned off the lights and locked the door as I exited the building, not risking that 'weeb' girl to break in... again...

I looked out into the carpark only to be greeted with a deserted land, the van nowhere to be seen. I figured Loona had taken it after being sick of waiting.
I groaned as I rubbed the crystal, knowing it was much easier than walking to the palace.

The familiar sparkling diamond ripped through the air as the portal opened, allowing me to step through, being greeted my the palace doors.

I ran forwards, whilst also putting on my jacket, I opened the door, surprised it wasn't locked. I hastily stepped forwards into the strangely quiet palace. My steps echoed loudly in the empty building.

"Uhh... Stolas? Stollllssss?!" I called out, my voice
echoing through the palace walls.
I made my way up the stairs, which I had surprisingly never noticed how long it takes as the balcony was far more appealing.
As I reached the top I was panting for air, already tired out of my mind.

I continued my search through the palace halls, opening every door.
Library?
No
Bedroom?
No...
Kitchen?
No.
Living room?!
NO?

I angrily punched my fist at the wall, unable to find the insufferable owl.
Owl...
Via?

I ran down the hallway, not wasting any more time.
I knocked on the teens door, a grumpy  'come in' speaking from behind the door.

"Hey Via?" I asked, peeking my head through the door.
The back of a beanie was sat at a desk, music blasting out of a speaker close by. Soft hand motions were made on a piece of paper, before the pencil was placed down, the chair turning to face me.

"Yeah d- oh" She said, her bright pink eyes brightening for a moment in shock.
"Hi Blitz!" She said, her voice a little more chipper

I smiled as I opened the door fully, stepping into her room.
"Heya Via, I'm just wondering where your Dad is?" I asked, leaning on the door frame

"He's... not in his bedroom??" She asked confused, her eyes turning slightly shallow.

"Trust me I'm just as surprised as you are" I said, smirking comically before continuing
"I've looked all over the palace... can't find him anywhere!" I said, a twinge of frustration in my voice.

Via thought for a moment, before looking upwards sharply
"What if he's outside the palace?" She suggested, motioning to her window.

"Huh... I haven't actually looked there! Thanks Via, removed not too late tonight, get some rest!" I said, about to shut the door
"I won't, bye Blitz!"
