Y/n's POV
I ignore for him at least the next month. He read my freaking notebook—my private notebook with things I don't want anyone to see. Merlin, why did I tell him those things about my mum and dad? Now he's the only one--besides me-- to keep that secret. And, no, I don't trust him with it.
But, today is our first Hogsmeade trip. Mr. and Mrs. Bronny signed some form over the summer for me visit the little town for Hogwarts students called Hogsmeade.
As Quinn and I follow the crowd outside into the chilly, early November air, I hear Malfoy make a snarky remark to Harry Potter, the latter appears to be staying in the castle—all the reason for Malfoy to bully him, of course.
As soon as Malfoy notices me watching him, I glare at him and turn away from him.
He's tried to talk to me, but I'm not even up to arguing with him. I'd rather just ignore him until he gives up. I don't know what he wants to say to me, but I can hardly imagine it's an apology. He's just not the type to do that--he's too proud and such a large ego, i doubt he'd survive if he said the words "I'm sorry".
Me and Quinn make our way into the little town and visit a couple stores, including Zonko's Joke Shop, we got a butterbeer at the Three Broomsticks—which was nice because I had never tried it before since I grew up in the states. Then we go to Honeydukes, which had gourmet candies and foods.
Quinn and I laugh and joke with each other--it's nice. I haven't had a relationship like this in a while. It feels good.
It starts getting dark as we move along down the dirt roads, so I say, "We should probably head back soon," to Quinn. She nods, seeming to disappointed--we did have a fun time, so I'm reluctant to leave myself.
The people on the roads begin to get scarce, until some older girls in Slytherin go up to Quinn beg her to go with them and sneak into the Shrieking Shack.
"No, please, Quinn," one girl with red hair pleads with a big smile on her face.
"It's, like, crazy fun—especially at night—you can bring your friend too!" another girl says.
I shake my head and laugh nervously. "Oh, no, that's alright, I won't go. But, Quinn, you can—I can go back to the castle myself," I give a nice smile.
Quinn looks uncertain. "Are you sure you'll be okay? I don't have to go, you know,"
I shake my dismissively. "No, no. I'll be fine," I smile again so she knows it's okay. Quinn is a very thoughtful person, sensitive, too, but fierce. She's always looking out for me and my feelings, trying to make sure I feel as at home as possible. And I love her for it.
Quinn smiles empathetically as she walks off with the other girls and I wave as she leaves.
I start through the streets of Hogsmeade towards the castle. They're deserted by now at dusk, besides a shopkeeper wrapping up his things for the day.
He looks to be about late forties, maybe early fifties. "Hey, girl!" he calls out to me. I don't look at him. "Hey! I'm talking to you," he walks out from behind his little booth towards me and I subtly pick up my pace to the castle. "Running away, now are we, honey?" he's getting closer to me and look around for anywhere to go, to run, but all shops are closed at this hour and no one is even around.
I walk a little faster almost at a run, but he's right behind me, I can feel his body heat radiating off him, that's how close he is.
I give in and break into a run. But he grabs my arm and pulls down into an alley way. I jerk my arm and try to twist out of his grip but he's pinned to the wall in the alley, breathing his nasty breath on my cheek.
"Please," I sob and he grips my face makes me look at him.
"So, you can speak, huh?" he says drives me into the wall harder.
"Stop—" I choke out and he pulls my hair so my head jerks to side.
He then pins my wrists to the brick wall that's giving my back bruises at the moment, and pushes me further into it. "Give me a smile, and maybe I'll leave you alone," he says. He's pressed firmly against me as squirm under him to try and break form his hold. I don't smile. I feel completely incapable of smiling right now. He smirks wraps his overly large hand around my throat so I can hardly breathe.
I claw at his wrists but he's relentless. He put his hands anywhere he can find a place. He kisses me and practically strips me bare. He says things I never want to hear again. He touches me. He chokes me.
I scream and flail but he has the strength of a man who's been around as long as he's been and nothing I do is any use.
Until I bite him. I bite him hard. On his hand and I bite until I taste blood and he screams and pulls away from me to examine the damage I've done.
As quickly as I can, I take the opportunity I have to collect my things from the ground and run (fully clothed). I run all the way up to the castle and into the dark, deserted corridors.
I find a stairwell that seems to lead to nowhere and cry. What else am I supposed to do? I look at my hands through tear filled eyes and see the blood that spilt from his hand where I bit, which makes me cry harder. I wipe my mouth and find more blood, which I spit on the stone floor next to me.
I'm rocking back and forth on the step I'm sitting on, my head buried in my hands.
Then I hear a voice.
a/n: that was...emotional.
(btw she got like totally raped, I just didn't want to write the whole "sex" thing because I only want to smut in this fanfic for good not bad.)
This one was also kinda short so... but we wouldn't want all the super gory details of her harassment, right?
Next chapter on its way
