As the group finally finished up at the mall, Leo was exhausted. His back was tired, and his wings were drooping.

Kirishima noticed this and took the bags from his hands.

"Don't push yourself, man. We just went to the gym yesterday."

He smiled and nodded.

At school, a few days later, the group was trying to leave for lunch. Izuku stopped in the doorway, and Y/n ran into him.

"Hey!"

"Wh... What's going on?"

Iida pushed to the front and stood in front of the students who were blocking the door.

"What business do you have with Class A?"

After everyone realized what was happening, their voices started overlapping.

"We can't get out!"

"I want lunch, MOVE!"

"What'd you come here for, anyway?"

A guy with lavender hair spoke up, louder than anyone.

"Scouting out the enemy, small fry."

"We're the ones who made it out of the villains' attack. They probably wanna check us out for the sports festival."

"Get your head out of your ass, Katsuki. There's no point in doing stuff like that."

"Out of my way, extras!"

He tried to force his way through the group.

"Stop calling people extras just because you don't know them."

The guy with lavender hair stopped him and kept talking.

"I came to see what the famous Class A was like, but you seem pretty arrogant. Are all the students in the hero course like this? Seeing something like this makes me disillusioned."

"Dis... what? What does that mean?"

Kirishima patted Y/n's head.

"Don't worry about it, buddy."

"There are quite a few people who enrolled in general studies or other courses because they didn't make it into the hero course. Did you know that? The school has left those of us a chance. Depending on the results of the sports festival, they'll consider our transfer into the hero course. And it seems they may also transfer people out. Scouting out the enemy? I, at least, came to say that even if you're in the hero course, if you get too carried away, I'll sweep your feet out from under you. I came with a declaration of war."

"You talk a lot."

Mina nodded, and soon, the group dispersed.

Two weeks until the sports festival, and bakugo had already managed to piss off half of the other classes.

Y/n spent hours each day training and practicing. His worst fear going into the festival was being faced against someone he cared about and being too scared to hurt them or being too weak to beat them.

He landed a very solid blow to a practice Dummy with his arrow just as his mom walked outside.

"Y/n, how's training going?"
