UA had given the students a few days off to recover from their fights and injuries, before resuming classes as normal.

   Well, sort of.

   "Hey!"

Y/n spun around and saw a little kid running towards him. He stopped short of the angel and was beaming.

"You're so cool! I wanna be a hero just like you!"

"Oh, uh... thanks, but... I'm not a hero..."

"That thing you did in the race was so awesome!"

   "What thing?"

"And your wings are so big! Did you get super lucky and get an angel quirk?"

Y/n's feathers flared up a bit. The kid was asking rapid-fire questions with no context, and it was a bit stressful. He saw a woman running to catch up with the kid and turned him around.

   "There's your mom."

Y/n made it to class just as the bell rang, putting his head down on his desk. The door was slammed open, and he lifted his head again to see Midnight and Aizawa walking in.

   "Morning."

   "Good morning!"

"Mr. Aizawa, your bandages are gone."

   "I'm glad."

   "The old lady went overboard
with her treatment. More importantly, we're having a special hero informatics class today."

   "Special? A quiz?"

Y/n groaned slightly and puffed up his feathers.

   "Code names."

He winced. He hadn't thought of any yet, and he wasn't sure what his hero name would even be related to. He had always assumed his quirk, but how?

"You'll be coming up with hero names. This is related to the pro-hero
draft picks I mentioned the other day. The drafts begin in earnest in the second and third years, after students have gained experience and can become immediate assets
to the pros. In other words, for them
to extend offers to first-years like you shows that they are interested
in your future potential. These offers are often canceled if that interest dies down by graduation."
