Y/n was walking home from a shopping trip with some of his friends, including Izuku, Ochako, Tenya, and Eijiro. They had gone to get some travel kits, snacks, and anything else they would need for the internships.
Y/n had noticed Izuku seemed distracted and slowed down some.
"Are you okay?"
"Huh?"
"You're acting weird."
"Oh, I'm just excited for my internship!"
"Are you sure?"
He nodded, though Y/n didn't believe him.
"Okay... well, who did you pick?"
"Gran Torino."
"That old guy?"
"Yeah. Who did you pick?"
"Hawks, though Eiji wanted me to pick Fatgum to be with him."
"Eiji?"
"Ah, um, Eijiro. Sorry, it's a nickname."
"You two are good friends, huh?"
"He's the best friend I've ever had. What about you and Ochako?"
"Huh? What about her! I don't... I mean..."
"What, you didn't think I can't see the way you look at her?"
"Sh-Shut up."
"...you should talk to her."
"Yeah... only if you talk to Kirishima."
"I don't like him like that. I can't."
"Why not?"
"Because I just can't. It's not right."
"But-"
"Two guys can't date. That's what mother says."
"She's wrong."
"It's not your business anyways!"
He huffed and walked away from Izuku.

"Come on, kid! Keep up!"
Hawks and Y/n were flying through the air, on patrol. They were doing barrel rolls, flips, loops, twists, and lots of other tricks.
Y/n was having a good time, mostly because he didn't have much pressure from Hawks to be a great hero or to be perfect.
He suddenly dived down towards the ground and landed on the concrete, Y/n following. He stumbled and bumped into Endeavor, who looked annoyed with him.
"Sorry, sir!"
"I thought angels were supposed to be perfect."
"Hey, endeavor, ease up. He's just a kid. Anyways, ready to go?"
