Anxiety: Pros and Cons

Cons: Most of the people who have ANXIETY/DEPRESSION or even a normal person who doesn't have any of those symptoms or INTROVERT. They're don't mingle or befriend with others easily. Maybe because they are Shy, they don't know how to open a conversation or a topic. Most of the time when there's a things or places that they feel uncomfortable, too much loud or if they saw a commotion that the same thing happened to them before that moment triggered them to remember those embrassing moments that they want to forget or escape in their mind about his/her life. They pity their selves, crying like there's no tomorrow, they feel unsecured, they're easily irritated.

Pros: If you have friends, relatives or even colleagues that possible have an Anxiety/Depression don't make fun of them or don't even think that they are just acting or they want some attention from the other people because you don't have any idea how she/he struggling just to fight that anxiety/depression especially when your opponent is also yourself. All you have to do is just talk to them with a lightweight topic or conversation that makes them comfortable, secured, and possible those people are the funny, adorable and bubbly ones, and be just friends to them because you want to not just because you pity him/her or you want to bully or abandoned them once they are attached to you. Don't open a topic that makes them uncomfortable, if they open to you about her situation just listen to them, advice them and be true to what you say don't sugar coat just to make feel them better. Don't ever do those horrible things because maybe it might happen to you someday. So be kind to others and respect also their privacy if they want to be alone.
