The bustling campus of Seoul University was alive with the energy of a new semester. Freshmen hurried to their classes, seniors lounged on the grassy lawns, and the air was filled with the hum of excitement and anticipation. Among the crowd, Taesan walked with a confident stride, his headphones blasting music as he navigated through the throng of students.

Taesan was known for his sharp intellect and even sharper tongue. He had a reputation for being unapproachable, a lone wolf who preferred his own company. His dark hair fell over his eyes, giving him a mysterious aura that only added to his allure.

As he approached the entrance of the main building, he noticed a commotion near the bulletin board. A group of students had gathered, whispering and pointing at a tall figure who seemed to be arguing with someone. Taesan's curiosity got the better of him, and he pushed through the crowd to get a better look.

"What's going on here?" Taesan asked, his voice cutting through the chatter.

The students parted to reveal Leehan, a transfer student who had quickly made a name for himself as the campus heartthrob. With his striking looks and charming personality, Leehan was the complete opposite of Taesan. He was outgoing, friendly, and always surrounded by admirers.

Leehan turned to face Taesan, his eyes narrowing. "Just dealing with some misinformation," he said, his tone icy.

Taesan raised an eyebrow. "Misinformation? About what?"

Leehan pointed to a flyer on the bulletin board. "Someone's been spreading rumors about me. Apparently, I'm some kind of playboy who only cares about his looks."

Taesan smirked. "Well, aren't you?"

Leehan's jaw clenched. "You don't know anything about me."

"And I don't care to," Taesan shot back. "Just keep your drama away from me."

With that, Taesan turned on his heel and walked away, leaving Leehan fuming. The crowd slowly dispersed, but the tension between the two was palpable. It was clear that this was just the beginning of their rivalry.

Later that day, Taesan found himself in the library, buried in his textbooks. He enjoyed the quiet solitude of the library, where he could focus on his studies without any distractions. But his peace was short-lived when Leehan walked in, his presence impossible to ignore.

Leehan spotted Taesan and made his way over, a determined look on his face. "We need to talk," he said, standing in front of Taesan's table.

Taesan didn't even look up. "I'm busy."

Leehan pulled out a chair and sat down. "I don't care. We need to clear the air."

Taesan sighed and closed his book. "Fine. What do you want?"

Leehan leaned forward, his eyes intense. "I don't know what your problem is with me, but I'm not going to let you spread lies about me."

Taesan met his gaze, unflinching. "I didn't spread any lies. I just stated the obvious."

Leehan's expression softened slightly. "Look, I get it. You don't like me, and that's fine. But we have to coexist on this campus. Can we at least try to be civil?"

Taesan considered this for a moment before nodding. "Fine. But don't expect us to be friends."

Leehan smiled, a hint of relief in his eyes. "That's all I ask."

As Leehan walked away, Taesan couldn't help but feel a strange sense of curiosity about him. There was more to Leehan than met the eye, and Taesan was determined to find out what it was.
