-Chapter 5-

My alarm goes off, waking Touya up. I feel a pillow on my head and him saying,"I am going to kill you why are you getting up at 5 in the fucking morning!" I have work I'm taking a shower. He just rolls over and says," Just be quite penny, I wanna sleep." Roky-doky TT.

I grabbed my clothes, went into his bathroom, and started the shower. After a while, I got out and put my hair up into a messy bun and got dressed into jeans and a white crop top longsleeved. I put on my Jordan's and left.

On the way, I found a coffee shop, got some iced coffee, and made it to work fast. I walked into the building and went back into my little cubby that my boss showed me yesterday. I just sat down in my chair, and a phone started ringing. Hello, T&S. How can we help you? A man on the other side asked,"Hey, I would like to get a tattoo and a piercing please. Okay, sir, what tattoo do you have in mind, or do you already have a picture?

He asked," Do you think you could draw it? I want it on my arm with something musical?" Yes, sir, I can. Can you come in about an hour? He answered back, and I hung up. Okay, something musical. I started drawing it, and right when I finished, the door opened, and I was upside down with my iPad and pen in my chair.

Uh, hi, sorry I was just finishing the tattoo. My boss just laughed and said,"Go sit over on that bed."   Hi sir, so you said you wanted a tattoo and a piercing. He nodded, and I showed him the drawing. Is this good, sir? He nodded and said,"Just call me Mic, please."

Okay. Here I'll get everything ready for both. I laid everything out and put on gloves. Okay, so what do we want first tattoo or piercing?" Right when I said that, the door opened, and Eraserhead walked in. Uh, may I help you, sir? Mic smiled and said,"That's my husband he was running late."

Oh, you can take a seat on that couch over there. Okay, back to my question. He smiled and said,"I'll do piercing first, I want my ears done, please." Okay, sounds nice. He sat up in the chair, and I put the dot on his ears. Okay, do you want me to count to 3?

He nodded, so I started counting. One......Two......Three! I put the piercing in, and he flinched. Other side now. I moved my chair to the other side and did the same. One....Two....Three! He did better this time. I used my wings and pushed myself over to my desk, and grabbed 3 boxes of poky.

I threw one to the dude on the couch and gave one too Mic and other for me. Do you need a second for your tattoo? He just shook his head no, so I got everything ready. I laid his arm out, and he kept moving while I was tattooing him. He asked me," So if you don't mind me asking what happened to your face and how old are you?"

I got beat up, and I'm 21. He nodded and kept moving. I looked over at Eraserhead, and his face was red. Sir, do you need a minute you keep squirming? He looked away and said,"N-no, it's just where you have my hand placed." I looked down and noticed I was laying with his hand on my tit.

Oh my God, sir, I am so sorry I can't feel anything right now. I was attacked by a quirk yesterday.  I moved, and he nodded. My shirt moved a little, and the end of my tattoo started showing. Eraserhead looked over and asked,"How many tattoos do you have, and what are they?"

I have 5 tattoos. I have one going down my arm. That's a lightning bolt, I have one on my thigh that's  flowers and butterflies, I have one up on my underboob side ish. I have a mask on my ankle, and then I have a spine tattoo that's a snake with wings. He smiled and said," You never told us what your side one is."

I know I did that on purpose. I would rather not share. They both nodded, and I got back to tattooing. I used my quirk and had my drink float over, and Mic asked,"So what's your name? we never got it?" Oh, sorry, my bad, my name is Copper.

People always say I look like Copper Sanchez. He nodded and said,"You do look a lot like her saw she's missing." Yeah, I hope they find her. Eraserhead looked over and asked,"So are you an only child?" Kinda, I used to have a brother, but he got in an accident when I was like 3.

They both nodded, and I finally finished his tattoo. Okey-Doky, we're all done now. Will you be paying with cash or a card? He pulled out a card and cash. He handed me a 30 and said,"Here's your tip, and I'll pay with card." Oh, okay, thank you, sir.

I ringed him all up and went back into my office while they talked with my boss. My place was a little dirty, so I picked it all up and sat back down in my chair and was drawing while having my drink float.

My door opened, and my boss walked in. He laughed and asked,"Not upside-down this time, I see." Nope, not this time. He smiled and said," You know they just told me you were awesome, and they'll tell their friends about you." Really, that's awesome. I was scared I did bad.

He just shook his head no and said,"They said you made small talk with them and used good manners and said you're really good at your work." He smiled and asked," Lunch is soon we all order in. What do you want? It's a Mexican place?"

I'll just have nachos, please. He nodded and looked at my Ipad. He smiled and asked," What are you drawing?" Oh, my best friend, I'm gonna try to get him to come in and let me tattoo him, so I'm making him a drawing while I wait for someone to call or anything.

He smiled and said,"That's awesome. It's great to have you on board." Thank you, sir.

          1 year later

I just finished cleaning up after a client when my boss walked into the main part and yelled,"Foods here get your ass's out and come eat wowo." I use my wings and move out there with my chair and sit next to Charlie and Devin, in the circle of all us.

I start eating, and Leo, my boss, asks,"Okay, okay, Copper, you've been here a year and no one knows what your quirk is, we see you have wings but what is your quirk?" Okay, my quirk is some weird like god Indian thing, my parents are native American, and I can control elements, and I can talk to animals. Yeah, I'm basically just an elf.

They all nod until Liv says,"Okay, let's play a game. we all say something that will shock everyone else." Devin stood up while saying,"I have a twin sister, and she's married to Leo's sister."

We all were going around, and it was me. Uh, I guess I don't know kinda feels obvious I was a teen run away, I ran away in the middle of the night from an abusive household." They all looked shocked, and Derall put his hand out to Carson and said, "Pay up, I told you."

You fuckers had a bet going, assholes. Leo smiled and said,"You know I did something illegal, and I'll tell you all, and you can't tell anyone, and it's not too bad." He smiled and said," I hired someone underage like pretty underage." He pointed to me and said,"You're only 16 darling, and I know because my quirk tells me lies and the truth."

I just sat there speechless. Everyone looked at me, and they started laughing. He put his hand on my shoulder and said,"Don't worry, I'm not gonna fire you." You're not. Oh, thank God.

Harley pointed with her chopsticks and asked,"Okay, but do you live with like a boyfriend or something?" No, I don't date, but I live with a group of people. Sadly, we ran out of rooms, so I share it with my best friend we're like siblings always have been. Leo looked at me and said,"You're best friend is a dude. You share a room with a dude who isn't your boyfriend?"

Yup. I look up, and the door opens. Fuck me. I'm dead.
