Hours had passed since the two detectives left the crime scene, spending their time researching the man they had detained from the restaurant, having that said man held up in one of the office's interrogation rooms. A camera viewed into the room to monitor the man's behavior, but so far he had made no attempts to escape, nor unknowingly confessed to anything, being as clueless as the detectives were.

Everything the officers found was written up on a document, alongside graphic pictures, all being kept in a folder that Anthony now held, wanting to use this evidence for questioning the old man. Once everything was prepared, the two detectives entered the confined room to start this long process of interrogation.

"Hello, Mr. Darrell White" Anthony mumbled as he stepped into the small room, looking down at the old man who sat behind an empty table, stationed comfortably in the corner of the room, allowing Anthony and Clyde to enter without much worry of an attempted escape.

"Just Darrell" the man growled

"But that is your name? Correct?" Anthony sat down in one of the two chairs presented to them, Clyde silently sitting beside Anthony as he crossed his leg over his knee, this being the first interview he's ever been a part of, having only monitored them through the security office to find any discrepancies between speech or action.

"I said just Darrell.. not Darrell 'White'" The old man had a distaste for his own last name, which annoyed Anthony who simply needed a 'yes' or 'no' answer.

"Whatever" Anthony grumbled as he set down the file he carried, containing simple evidence he wanted to discuss with Darrell, but before he could say another word, the man spoke up.

"I don't like your attitude, guy... I ain't gonna talk to you no more" Darrell crossed his arms over his chest, turning away from Anthony, who was starting to get fed up by the man's actions already.

Clyde moved his hand in front of Anthony to stop any unwanted words from coming out, taking a deep breath as he spoke up softly "Please Darrell, all we need is information.. then we could let you go" he reassured, catching the old man's attention as Clyde gave a gentle smile "let us go over your rights before we start.. ok? It's simple" Clyde started "You have the right to remain silent, the right for legal representation and whatever you say may be used against you in a court of law.. Do you understand?"

"Yes sir" Darrell nodded, seeming to have more respect for Clyde than he does for Anthony, who didn't like this change of power, wanting to be in control of the situation, instead of Clyde.

"Alright, then let's get started!" Clyde smiled as he nodded towards Anthony to start the questioning, handing him back the power that Anthony quickly took advantage of.

"Mr. White, are you aware of what we found in your-"

"I told you I'm not speaking to you!" Darrell hissed, almost sending Anthony in a fit but Clyde let out an awkward laugh as he once again took over.

"Haha ok! Sorry about that.. Um, well.. uhh-" Clyde had never been in the hot seat before, sweating bullets under his uniform as his mind was jumbled with questions, starting where Anthony had left off "Do you know what we found in the alley beside your establishment?"

"Something about a body? I told you guys, I don't know that fella" Darrell explained as his attention was solely on Clyde, as Anthony quietly sat and assumed the role of listener, even pushing the file of evidence over towards Clyde to use to stir up conversation.

"I see, well uhh" Clyde fumbled, taking a deep breath as he flipped open the file, gagging lightly when he viewed a photo of the bloody bag, remembering what was inside "Oh gosh.. Um, it says here that you have a preference for people who could enter your restaurant.. Has that ever been a problem for you?" Clyde asked, scanning over the written documents that held information on Derrell's activities.
