A few weeks passed by in a breeze.
Azriel was in his office, inspecting some important documents.
He thought he heard a commotion outside, but he ignored it concentrating on his work. But then Oliver burst in his office, panting.
"Oliver! I told you to knock!" Azriel exclaimed, sighing at his assistant's clumsiness.
"I'm sorry Mr. Vesper, but I needed to inform you about the chairperson. She has fainted!"
Azriel shot up from his chair. "Chairperson? You mean Tessa?"
"Yes, yes Miss Tessa. Please hurry, she looked quite pale." Oliver looked pale too.
Azriel rushed to Tessa's room.
"What just happened? How am I here-" She looked confused.
"You had fainted." He interrupted.
"What! How? Why?"
"The doctor will tell us why this happened in a few minutes."
Just then, the doctor came in, smiling widely. "We have good news for you! I just got your results and you are, pregnant."
"WHAT!" Tessa and Azriel both were speechless.
"But Azriel! We are not ready for this! We can't be parents right now! We don't even know how to raise a baby!-"
"Calm down Tessa. We can do this. We'll have to! We learn to manage. Okay?" He tried to calm her down.
But how could she? They were going to become parents. That is not an easy task.
The doctor then took Tessa for sonography.
Tessa returned smiling at the photos of her baby.
"It's so cute! It looks just like me." Azriel exclaimed as he pointed at the pictures.
"Firstly It's just a bunch of cells which look like nothing. Secondly, it's here." Tessa moved Azriel finger to another spot.
"Oh" Azriel felt embarrassed.
Tessa laughed.
