Rhea was the only thing on Dominik's mind for the remainder of the night. After his date, he returned to his hotel, laying in bed on his stomach as he waited for Rhea to answer his FaceTime call.

She appeared almost instantly, Dominik was surprised to see her standing in the bathroom removing her makeup.

"Hey, how was the date?"

"Fine," He brushed off quickly, more concerned with what she was doing. "You went out?"

Rhea shrugged as she continued to wipe off her makeup in the mirror. "Yeah just to the bar with Damian." She took a step back, bringing more of her torso into the small frame of the camera.

Dominik frowned, now being able to see the blue brimmed sunglasses resting in her cleavage.

"You sure it was just you and Damian?"

Her brows scrunched in confusion before looking down and realizing what he was referring to.

"Oh yeah, Jey was there too." She said coolly, like it was nothing.

The bathroom light cast a soft glow over Rhea as she turned back to the camera, her expression unreadable. The playfulness that often danced in her eyes had dimmed.

"Jey was there?" he repeated, his heart racing. "How was that?"

Rhea shrugged, slightly buzzed from the few drinks she had. "It was whatever. Just hanging out. You know how it is."

Dominik leaned closer to the screen, the weight of his earlier conversations with Liv still pressing on him and the liquor in his system making his mouth spill open in defense.

"Nah I don't know, what's that supposed to mean?"

Rhea rolled her eyes, a familiar gesture that made him feel both at home and on edge. "Nothing, Dom. We talked, we laughed. Jey thinks I'm some kind of goddess now, it's cute." She smirked, but it didn't reach her low eyes.

"Is that all?" He fought to keep the tone of jealousy from creeping into his voice, but it slipped through anyway.

"Yes, Dominik," she said, her patience running thin. What was with all of the questioning from him all of a sudden?

"I wasn't trying to make you jealous or anything. It was just fun. Can't I have fun without you thinking there's some kind of hidden agenda?"

Dominik's chest tightened at the edge in her voice. "You and Jey have been getting close lately. I just...I don't know. It feels weird."

She paused, her expression softening slightly, but the steeliness in her gaze remained. "What's weird is that you're getting all worked up about it when you were just on a date with Liv. Aren't you the one who should be worried about how I feel right now?"

"Liv is different, and you know it." Dominik said, not being able to stop his irritation. "What I have with Liv isn't real."

"Neither is what I have with Jey, you know this Dom." Rhea said with a sigh. She wasn't in the mood to argue or whatever this was.

Liv's words replayed in his head again, he was trying to shake how it made him feel but it was hard. The idea of being disposable to Rhea scared him. He couldn't imagine losing her.

His lack of response made Rhea's face soften. He would only go quiet when he was in his own head, something must have been bothering him.

"Dom, what's wrong?" She asked softly, abandoning wiping her face and gave him her full attention.

"You'll always love me right? No matter what?"

A small smile appeared on Rhea's face hearing how his words slightly slurred. Dominik always got emotional and almost childlike when he had been drinking and it was clear to Rhea he was probably drunk right now.
