In the palace of Altaza:the home of the royal Acharya family,A dark figure quietly rose up from the shadows. It slipped into one of the main towers in the castle.

Like a cat, they landed on their feet and parkour their way up the stair ways.At the top was a locked door with a golden panel that read : Royal Jewelry room (no touching).

The door was bolted shut with at least a dozen locks, passwords and other thingamabobs of kinds.

The thief thought for a moment, found an open window and slipped out.

They turned back night sky was beautiful, stars twinkle overhead.

The thief climbed their way up by using the gaps between the bricked tower.

Another open window appeared in front of the thief.

They got in,then started looking for something.

Guards were at every corner of the room. They held staffs, spears, swords, any weapon imaginable.

The thief shrouded themselves in darkness.

The room was filled to the brim with precious jewels and treasures.

Rubies, luxurious silk rugs, emeralds, boxes pilled with gold,multi-colored crystals, huge landfills of gold coins, beads of jade and pearl necklaces, sapphires, sliver rings and yellow-stoned studded earrings...

Never ending.

But the thief was looking for something else.

Wellllll sort of.

They were also stuffing handfuls of jewels into their pockets.

Then they found it.

And then putting a single red rose with a black stem on the original placement before stashing the stolen item(s) into their satchel.

They silently began to climb up the wall.

No one had even noticed that until...

(Add alarm sounds)

"WHAT TH-"started a soldier.

"WHO IS IT!?WHO DARES TO STEAL FROM THE ROYAL PALACE!?!?"shouted another one.

The figure shuddered,as if wincing because of the loud and almost eardrum-piercing shouts from the soldiers.

"Wait,there."

A dark figure weaving through the cover of the shadows. They leaped gracefully to a beam on the ceiling.

General Brynne Tvarika Lakshmi Balamuralikrishna Rao slowly climbed to the beam, creeped over there and...

Clank!

The thief blocked her attacks with two brandishes of their golden daggers.

Damn it! Thought Brynne.

Then she looked up,and saw a pair of dark eyes staring right back at her.

The masked thief.

Their face was covered by a black veil that was embroidered with red rose embroideries. The only part of the face that wasn't covered by the veil was their eyes.

Dark and bright at the same time.So unique.

"Too bad that this guy's a thief.Otherwise They might get a lot of attention via suitors." Brynne shook those thoughts out of her mind. She just had enough time to-
