so I thought I might share my thoughts on being a freshman in basically a month.
so as some of you might know from my last chapter, school for me starts in August. (late August)
that means this summer is almost over. and what did I do you might ask? nothing exciting that's for sure.
but anyways I'm going to be a freshman which is very nerve wracking yet exciting. my sister is gonna be a senior, so that means we'll be at the same school, and that hasn't happened since elementary school.
I asked my sister what it's like, and she said that we can have our phones in class (can't wait to get mine hopefully lol), the dress code isn't as strict, and you can actually have drinks and food in class.
now, I could never do any of this in middle school. the dress code was so freaking strict. one time, I got dress coded for wearing RUNNING SHORTS.
bitches.
anyways.
I'm actually excited for school to start. it's a new fresh start, being in a new school with older people. I just want my high school experience to be a good one, ya know? hopefully I'll find who my real friends are, find myself, and maybe have a little romance ;)
but for real.
I'm so ready for high school.
