Motherglare was one of the seven dragons who invaded Fiore through the malfunctioning Eclipse Gate.

Weakness: Weak to dragon slaying magic. Motherglare should suffer from motion sickness as a result of being a dragon, which causes him to be severely nauseous while riding transportation. Motherglare cannot eat the diamonds created from his own dragon slayer magic to replenish his stamina.

The hatched entities are also fairly strong, as they can single-handedly overwhelm a basic mage.
