Chapter 7

Kaitlyn Pov

I'm actually doing this. I'm dating Harry Styles. International pop star. Part of the biggest band on the planet. And my main one, my best friend since I can remember. I never thought it would be like this. It's crazy really. I mean he's always been cute and he was definitely the ladies man in school but it's just so weird that he's mine and I'm his. I'm not saying it's a bad thing. At all. I'm so happy. The way he treated me when we weren't even dating and how much he cared about me.

"But he left you" my mind reminds me. I really like him but I can't forget about that. He left me. I know it's management but what if management tells him to do it again. I can't experience that heart break again. I just can't.

I stop myself before I can go any further into the thought.

"No. This is gonna be great. We're gonna do great and everything will be great" I say to myself out loud in my room. I may sound crazy but I don't care. I needed to do it.

Right when I do that I get a text from Harry

H- Hey baby girl. Want to come and hang out at my house

I immediately got butterflies and smiled which only helped me push those awful thoughts back.

K- What time and what do I need to wear

H- as soon as you can. I miss you ❤️❤️ and wear anything that is comfortable to you baby. You'll look perfect regardless. You always have. I'll pick you up. Don't worry.

I smiled wide at that comment about the past. It reminded me of everything we've done together.

I got up after a few minutes of thinking and got changed into a pair of jeans and t shirt before grabbing my phone.

A few minutes after I got a call from him telling me he was outside

I hurried into the car and closed the door smiling and bucking in

"Hey" I smiles and took a breath from practically running to the car. You could say I was a bit excited.

"Hey beautiful" he smiled and held his hand out

I immediately took it and he linked our fingers pulling my hand to his lips

"What are you doing?" I smiled but before I could ever finish he started kissing my knuckles.

I just stared smiling wide as he continued

"Why are you doing that" I whispered watching him

"I like it. I just like the feeling of kissing you and since I can't do that when I'm driving I Kiss your hand because it's another way for me to show how much I care for you" he smiled

I smiled even wider and watched as he continued the whole ride to his house which was about 15 minutes

Once we got there he quickly got out opening my door for me. I thanked him and he put his hand on the small of my back leading me into his hotel room.

"My mom isn't home today because of work so I thought I could take you to see her tomorrow or something" he said nervously and I smiled at how cute it was.

"That's perfect" I smiled and he smiled back

"So what are we gonna do?" I asked curiously

"I was thinking Movies and some pizza" he smiled and I nodded quickly smiling wide

He chuckled and pulls my hand to the pizza in kitchen

"Get whatever you want baby girl"

I smiled at the name and got some waiting for him then pulling him into his room

We sat on the bed leaning on the headboard and he slipped his arm around my waist

"What movie?"

He smiled and clicked on my favorite. Finding Nemo. The movie we watched at least once a week together when we were younger

"This movie is so sadddd" I groans but couldn't help but smile

"It's okay baby. I'll hold you if you need me to I promise"

I smiled and nodded leaning into it as he started the movie.

we watched the movie and ate and he held me tight the whole time. Halfway through the movie I shivered from how cold it was

"Are you cold baby?" He asked sitting up a bit

I shook my head and even with that he got up.

"What're you doinggggg" I whined

He chuckled and grabbed one of his sweatshirts handing it to me.

I smiled wide and put it on pulling it tight around me as he lied next to me

"Lay down baby" he said softly and I did.

I lied next to him with my back to him and he wrapped his arms tight around me pulling me into his chest and kissing my cheek

I smiled and closed my eyes as he started humming lightly in my ear

His voice ringing in my ear made me fall asleep almost immediately and peacefully.

He makes me so happy

But there's always that one thought. This is just the beginning.
