LYNN Loud has a friend crush.

You see, the athlete stayed up late last night due to thoughts about Juniper. She didn't know what was wrong with herself, and why she was thinking about Juniper, but she knew one thing.

She wants to be Juniper's friend.

To others, this isn't a big deal; for Lynn, this is a big deal–Lynn never makes the first move, platonic or romantic. This is a first for her, wanting to actually be friends with someone, that is.

She thought about texting Juniper, but thought that would be so...thoughtless–for some reason, she needed to prove that she wanted to be Juniper's friend.

So, she'd decided she's making the first move, and asking Juniper to be friends. Even though people might say that Lynn is overreacting, in her head, she certainly isn't.

She even thought out a whole plan, but then had a sudden realization that that would make her seem desperate, so she opted for something more simple: giving Juniper a bracelet with the beads reading out 'BMF?' (meaning be my friend).

"You sure this is gonna work?" Lynn asked Luna, who gave Lynn a knowing smirk. "No, don't start that again, Luna."

Luna groaned, rolling her eyes. "Fine. But, yes, I think it'll work."

Lynn sighed. "Okay."

Oh, but she wasn't done yet. She went to Lola.

"Okay, I asked, like, three other people this, but do you think this'll work?" Lynn asked, a hopeful look on her face, a stark contrast to the bored look on Lola's face.

"With all the effort you're putting into being Juni's friend, it's making me think you have a crush on her." Lola folded her skinny arms over her chest, her eyes sparkling with amusement as she looked up at Lynn.

Lynn instantly objected, stating that this was a perfectly normal situation.

"Okay, keep telling yourself that," said Lola in a bored tone, now staring at her cuticles.

Lynn sighed through her nose in annoyance, fiddling with the bracelet she'd be giving Juniper.

Will this really work?
