"Yes, Hannie samchon?", Yesterday, Wonwoo, out of nowhere, told Sunjae to call him Samchon. Hansol expressed his want for the same. So, it kind of automatically applied to rest of them as well. Nobody raised any objection.

Jeonghan smiles and looks around furtively. Everybody seems to be busy and away from them, "Since I'm your favourite member, let's make a pact".

"What?"

"Whatever we talk about, we won't tell anyone. It'll be our secret."

"Okay!!!!", Sunjae's enthusiasm causes Jeonghan to chuckle.

"You can't tell Appa too", Jeonghan adds. The kid seems to be in a doubt of their pact for a minute or two but then agrees.

"Then you too, you also can't tell Appa."

"Well, is there anything I shouldn't tell Appa?"

"I fought at school", Jeonghan instantly regrets making a pact because shouldn't Sunjae's appa be aware of something like this?, "It was a small fight but Appa won't like it".

"Okay, I won't but don't fight anymore."

Now is the time for Jeonghan to ask what he wanted to, "Sunjae, who is....Daehyun samchon?"

"A doctor."

"No, um, who is he to you?"

"Samchon."

"To....appa?"

"Friend."

"What kind of friend?"

"Friend friend...?"

Yeah, a nine year old kid would know if someone is his appa's boyfriend or not. Why do you even want to know in the first place? What the fuck are you doing? You shouldn't care. You shouldn't care if Seungcheol has a boyfriend. You shouldn't care if they had sex every-

"Appa!!!", Sunjae runs eagerly to his Appa who just got back home from work and Jeonghan almost expects Sunjae to break the pact but is relieved when he doesn't, "I'm hungry".

Seungcheol vanishes into the kitchen in the blink of an eye. Jeonghan feels bad that the little guy didn't say a word to him, "You could've told me if you were hungry".

"It's okay. Appa will take care of it", And it pricks; it pricks that Jeonghan is the "Samchon", not "Appa". When Sunjae said things wrongly the first day they met and accidentally called him Appa, he was honestly quite stunned but he won't deny, it had a nice ring to it which caused his heart to flutter.

After he watched little kids play around with their parents from afar, he looked at Seungcheol and smiled. He wanted to say, "I want one of these. Preferrably one like you, please", but couldn't.

The memory shatters, like his dreams have, a long time back.

He closes his eyes to gather himself as members are now nearing him.

"Sunjae-ya, I'm sorry, there's nothing. I'll go get some berries for now and you eat those while appa brings food, okay?"

Seungcheol doesn't take a lot of time in coming back. He has a bowl full of berries which don't look appealing as such.

His phone rings just at that moment. He keeps the bowl on the table and excuses himself, "Just wait a minute".

Joshua also must be really hungry as he doesn't waste a second in taking a few berries and popping them into his mouth.

Jeonghan is just about to tell Sunjae to eat some when the said boy suddenly starts shouting, "SHUA SAMCHON, NO. APPA, APPA, SHUA SAMCHON ATE THE BERRIES".
