As they reached the table, Taehyung suddenly stopped, pulling her gently to a halt. His face broke into a wide grin, his eyes searching around as if trying to capture every detail of the moment.
“Sia,”
he began, a little breathless,
“let’s take some pictures. I want to remember this forever.”
His hand patted his pockets, searching for his phone, but his brows furrowed when he didn’t find it. He looked at her, a bit confused.
“Where’s my phone? I swear I had it with me.”
Sia’s smile softened, though a shadow of something darker lurked behind it. She tilted her head, meeting his gaze, and said calmly,
“I left both our phones at home. I didn’t want any distractions tonight.”
Taehyung pouted, clearly disappointed.
“But I wanted to capture this moment. This is so important… how could I not have pictures?”
His voice carried a playful whine as he looked at her, eager for her to indulge him.
She chuckled softly, leaning closer.
“You don’t need a phone, Taehyung. This night will be engraved in your mind… for a lifetime.”
He laughed, oblivious to the depth of her words, thinking she was simply being romantic.
“You’re right. I suppose we don’t need pictures to remember something this special.”
He gave her a loving glance, brushing off his disappointment.
