________

A few days had passed. Today, Anahita was taking Chirag to the hospital. They hadn't had the time in the past few days, although Dr. Rawat had changed Chirag's medication. He was no longer taking the medicines that Veeransh had brought but was now on Dr. Rawat's prescribed medications. However, they still needed to go to the hospital for a check-up. Who knew how much damage those other medicines had caused inside Chirag's body? How long would it take for him to recover? Would he even recover fully? The answers to all these questions would be found in Chirag's medical reports. So, while having breakfast at the dining table, Chirag said, "Anaa, once you're done with breakfast, let's head out."

Dadi asked, "Are you both going to work together today, Bacchon?"

"Yeah, Dadi! Chirag has a meeting in that area, so he'll drop me off at the hospital," Anahita said while having breakfast.

"Okay, Beta!" Dadi smiled.

Dadi was happy to see that Anahita and Chirag were now comfortable with each other. They were trying to understand their relationship and were moving forward. She silently prayed, "Oh Lord, please keep my children happy together like this."

Meanwhile, Veeransh glared at them. He didn't like how close the two were getting. Anahita's growing closeness to Chirag could ruin his plans. These thoughts were running through his mind when Sharvil's voice reached his ears, "Bhai, I want to go back to Russia."

"What? So soon? It's only been two months since you came here, and you're already talking about leaving?" Dadi said, feeling sad.

"Exactly, Dadi! It's been two whole months. I have to go back now. The next semester is about to start, and I need to return before that," Sharvil said.

Chirag drank water and placed the glass on the table, saying, "Hmm. When do you have to go back?"

"In a week, Bhai," Sharvil replied.

"Alright. I'll make the arrangements for your return," Chirag said.

"Okay." Sharvil's smile faded.

Anahita noticed this and felt that Sharvil was upset about leaving. So, while serving another paratha on his plate, she smiled and said, "It's okay, Sharvil! Before you leave, we'll have a lot of fun so that you don't miss us at all throughout the year, okay?"

Sharvil smiled at Anahita's words. He said, "Bhabhi, no matter how much fun we have, I'll still miss all of you when I go there. Especially you, Dadi, and Champ."

"Really?" Chirag raised an eyebrow.

Sharvil replied, "Oh, Bhai, how could I forget you? I'll miss you so much that you'll be hiccupping constantly. Don't worry."

Chirag didn't say anything. Dadi, too, felt sad because Sharvil's presence had brought a unique liveliness to the house. But once he left, who would bring that joy? Meanwhile, Veeransh felt very left out at the table. He stood up, saying, "I'm done. I'll head to the office now."

Chirag and Anahita watched him leave the table, then exchanged glances. After a while, everyone finished breakfast. Chirag and Anahita were ready to leave the mansion. But before leaving, Anahita went to Janav's room. Janav was playing with his toys. From the door, Anahita called, "Jaanu!"
