The days after that it got harder to resist him.
She dreamt about him and then would wake up in his arms.
He would get too close and she would think only about him kissing her in different ways.
He awakened something within her.
She wasn't sure what it was though.
Maybe she was just ovulating and he was around her the most when she was.
It couldn't be love, could it?

It had been three months since she met Loki and finally, she was back on Earth after patching things up with Jane.
They sat in their old shared house with coffee.
"I'm surprised he let you leave.
From what Thor says Loki is extremely controlling and possessive" Jane said.
"He trusts me.
He knows that I will come back if anything happens" she said.
"Seems like you like the god of mischief.
I've never heard anyone talk the way you do about him" Jane said.
Anna sipped her coffee before putting it down.
"Do you have any tea?" Anna asked.
Jane couldn't believe her ears.
Anna used to down at least three coffees a day and now she's cringing at the taste.
Maybe her old friend had changed.
"No.
The best I have is iced tea" Jane said.
"I'll bring some next time," she said.
Jane shook her head.
"What?' Anna asked.
"You've changed," Jane said.
"Loki gives me tea a lot.
Coffee isn't a thing in Asgard" Anna said.
"Tell me more.
Please because I have not spoken to you in months" Jane said.
"Well, Loki taught me to control my power and was so sweet to me when Thor was with you.
He even let me sleep in his bed so I didn't have nightmares" Anna said.
"Wait what
Anna, you sleep in his bed?" Jane's eyes went wide.
"Yes, but it's not weird.
Well not really.
I found out that I was connected to him because of the tesseract which is me now.
He is my anchor and without him, I'll well destroy everything near me" Anna said.
"Oh my god Anna.
There is no way you're still friends.
Not to him at least" Jane said.
"He does have feelings for me but nothings come out of them" Anna said.
Jane stood up and started pacing.
'And do you?" Jane asked.
"Yes.
My gods yes.
A few months ago he showed me his mother's collection of witcraft-related items and anything similar and he ended up trapping me against a bookcase.
He's it, Jane.
He is my soulmate and now it's difficult to resist him" Anna said.
"Anna he killed hundreds of people.
Destroyed NewYork and almost killed Thor on multiple occasions" Jane said.
"I know but when he looks at me I feel safe and when he holds me my entire body tingles.
I feel like myself around him" Anna said.
"Fine, then why don't you tell him that?
He clearly wants you and no matter how much of a monster he is it seems like he's a good person when he's with you" Jane said.
Anna smiled "Really?" she asked.
"Yeah.
The best thing about Asgardian men is that they are all gentlemen and very beautiful" Jane said.
"I just don't want to rush things because I know after I pass that line with him marriage will quickly follow and honestly it scares me," she said.
"Yeah, that's the one issue.
I just about got Thor to wait a year.
It wasn't easy" Jane said as she sat back down.
"But the question is, do you want to marry Loki?" Jane asked.
Anna looked at Jane "Yes.
I want to be with him for as long as I can" Anna said.
"There's your answer then," Jane said.
Anna nodded.
It was clearer now.
Jane truly knew all when it came to relationships.
She would have to thank Loki when she got back to Asgard for letting Anna see Jane.
