The doctor shot me a glare before doing his job. I want to fu-. I took a deep breath, focusing on Flower and being ready if the doc did something i or Flower didn't like. After the tests and the nurse scribbled on her board and told me that everything was fine. I nodded before i looked at Flower. I'm unsure if the doc was just an asshole or if he is planning something. "Do you want to drink something, baby?" Flower slowly nodded as i got her a cup of water, helping her drink it. "Are you in big pain ?" She shook her head, looking at me with half lidded eyes as i let my hand through her hair."You can go to sleep, I'll stay here." she nodded before sleeping again. I looked at the time before realizing i had to call lisa. As she picked up, i could hear noah fanboying over lightning McQueen. "How is everything?" Lisa said on the other side,"Everything is fine. flower woke up but was asleep again, and the doc checked her. Everything seemed fine, but i have an uneasy feeling about him, so I'm keeping an eye on things. " i heard her hum before she answered."Why didn't you ask for a different doctor?", "i was too focused on flower, and he checked her since we arrived. i didn't want to be rude." She hummed."Should i send toby a text ? He must still be at work. Noah, don't eat too much popcorn. i start dinner soon. " i heard a soft whine chuckling."I'll do it myself. What have you guys been doing?" I heard the phone getting taken,"Daddy, Mommy, an i wach maz run all nigh an go nigh nigh in moning an now we wach McQueen" i smiled to myself at his excitement "really ? That's quiet the fun you're having, without me and flower" he whined before lisa talked again "we do" she chuckeled "I'll hang up so i can start to make dinner, i love you", "i love you two too" i hang up sending a text to Toby before watching flower again.

Toby came by a bit later still in his work clothes. "Why should i check again if a professional checked her ?" Toby asked as i helped Flower sit up "because i don't trust that asshole." He nodded. i could see practical the though that went through his head."I'm not paranoid," he shrugged before looking over flower, checking her doing the same as the doc. "She seems fine. Her pulse is a bit high, but that will ease out, " he explained as i nodded "Flower how are you feeling ?" Toby asked as Flower put her thumb to the side as he nodded. I sat on my bed watching as he asked questions and got answers. He ruffled her hair softly before turning to me. "Don't pressure her into answering with words. She needs time. " i nodded, standing up as he hugged me."Everything is fine now. Should i send by noah ?" I shook my head."He is little and needs to spend time with lisa," i slowly let him go. "i would have said lucky, but the hospital doesn't allow animals," i sighed. "He is a service dog even if i don't need him very often," toby nodded. "i look what i can do, both of you take good rest," i nodded, sitting down on my bed again.
