My heart aches painfully at the sound of her voice. She sounded so stressed and exhausted. If only I could just do anything to somehow ease her burden and I will. I'll do anything to help her... to take away her worries.
But what can I do?

Todoroki P.O.V
After class is over. I make my way towards the infirmary to check on L/N. Seeing her collapse on her knees after running earlier scared me. Why did I react that way? I have no idea. Right now, I just want to check and see if she's all right.
I slowly push the door open to reveal L/N is sitting on the bed. Her back is rested against the bed's headboard. She leans her head back slightly as she stares out the window.
Her face looks so pale. Midoriya told me that she refused when Recovery Girl offered to give her medicine to help her sleep. She's really scared that the monster inside her will take control of her body.
"Todoroki?" She said, turning her head to look at me. I send her a small smile as I walk closer. "Has the classes ended?" She asked. I hum softly and nod my head. She let out a sigh. "I'm gonna have so much trouble trying to catch up" she said.
"Don't worry about that. Just focus on your recovery" I said. She sends me a small smile. "How are you feeling now?" I asked.
"So and so. As you can see, I can't even stand from this bed without feeling nauseous" she said. I just stare at her. She leans her head back as she stares at the ceiling. "Recovery Girl keeps suggesting that I took medication that'll help me relax. But I'm scared that I'd ended up falling asleep. I can't let that happen... I can't let this beast hurt people..." she said. Her voice sounded weak. She's showing a clear sign of exhaustion.
She suddenly place her hand on her chest. "L/N! What's wrong?" I asked. She turns to look at me. She opens her mouth to speak, only to ended up coughing. My eyes widen as she starts coughing violently. "I'll call Recovery Girl! Hang in there!" I said. I turn around and rushes out of the room to search for the school's nurse.
A While Later
Recovery Girl is currently checking her. I just sit on the bench in the hallway. I hear footsteps coming closer to me. I turn my head to see it's Bakugo and Midoriya. I stare at them as they walk up to me.
"I heard what happened. Is she okay?" Midoriya said. I open my mouth to answer his question. But the sound of L/N's coughs reaches our ears. Midoriya turns his head to look at the room L/N. "She sounds like she's in a lot of pain" he said, worriedly.
"No!!" L/N yelled out. The door burst open to reveal her. She holds onto the door as she breathes heavily. She lift her head to look at the three of us. Recovery Girl rush up to her.
"This can't go on, L/N. If you continue on like this, you are putting yourself in danger!" She said. L/N's body falls forward. I quickly rush forward and catches her before she hits the ground. "You have to rest!" She said.
"No..." she said, shaking her head. The sound of her breathing is heavy, which lets me know that she's having a hard time to breathe. She opens her eyes and turn to look at Recovery Girl, staring at her with a weak gaze. "If I sleep. Who knows what this monster would do. I can't risk it... I don't wanna hurt anyone" she said.
"Your monster controls sand, right?" I said. She turns her head to look at me. She nods her head lightly. "What if we take you somewhere where there is no sand?" I said.
"That's a good idea, Torodoki-Kun!" Midoriya said. He turn his head to look at L/N. He moves to kneel next to her, gently places a hand on top of hers that is rested on her stomach. "I won't let you lose control, L/N..." he said.
"Neither would I" Bakugo said. She stares at us with her tired gaze. She still looks hesitant as she rested her head on my shoulder. "You have to rest, L/N. If it put you to ease, maybe we can put some restraint on you? I'd hate to see you in that state. But, if it's the only way, would you do it?" He asked.
She turns her head to look at Recovery Girl, who nods her head at her. She close her eyes and let out a soft sigh. She nod her head weakly. I feel relieved spreading in my heart when she finally agrees.
"I'll arrange everything..." Recovery Girl said. L/N just smiles weakly at her. She's still breathing quite heavily. She stands up and walks off.

L/N lays on the bed as she waits for Recovery Girl to get everything ready. "I'm still scared..." L/N said, after a while of silence. The three of us turn our heads to look at her. She turns to look at the three of us.
"Midoriya... Bakugo... please, if I show sign of losing control. Wake me up, okay?" She said. The two of them nods their heads. She turns to look at me. "You too, Todoroki..." she said. She reaches inside her pocket and pulls out a keychain that she had given All Might.
"I will..." I said, nodding my hand as I gently take the keychain from her. She smiles softly at me. "Just be sure to rest properly, okay?" I said. She nods her head weakly at me.
"Okay... everything is ready" Recovery Girl said. She turn her head to look at her. "I'll have to inject you with this serum. Then we'll place you inside that tank. Sand will be dense if it comes in contact with water. So your Quirk won't work if you sleep while being emerged in water" she said. L/N just gives her a small smile. I just watch as Recovery Girl injected her with the serum.
"With this serum, you'll be put in a deep sleep. We don't know how long it'll take until you wake up. But it would be for the best so you can rest properly" she said. L/N just sends her a small smile. "Help her, boys..." she said, turning to look at the three of us.
We guide her to walk up the stairs. Recovery Girl helps her put on the oxygen tank. She moves forward and falls inside the tank. L/N stares at the tree of us. She lift her hand, placing it on the glass.
"Rest well, L/N..." I said, placing my hand on the glass tank. I'm not sure if she can listen to what I said. But I assume she can read my lips. She smiles softly at me. I watch as her eyes slowly drifted shut, as she falls into her deep sleep. I back away a little to look at her as she floats inside the water.

We stay silent as we wait for a while, but there is no sign of transformation. We let out a sigh of relief, realizing it had worked. Now she can rest peacefully. All I can do now is pray that she'd feel better soon. I smile sadly at the sight of her. Have a good rest... L/N.
