𝐈𝐓 𝐇𝐀𝐒 𝐁𝐄𝐄𝐍 months since the livestream fiasco at the Oscar's. If we're being precise, about 6 months. But who's counting?
Thankfully, the constant reminders, notifications, and memes have slowed down by now.
But of course Jasmine was bound to be back on the red carpet. Go figure that when everything finally dies down, she's gonna be in the same place as Andrew again, for the first time since the Oscar's. At least she thinks he'll be there, he was nominated after all.
She's already a nervous person, but the added stress of this plus the amount of people around her is making her anxiety get worse.
And right when she can feel herself start to breathe harder, a microphone is shoved in her face.
“Jasmine! Tell us, how do you feel tonight?”
She tried to smile, “Great! I'm excited for the ceremony.”
“As are we! Now I know its been a while since the Oscar's, but we heard this will be the first time you and Andrew Garfield are back in the same place. Care to speak on that?”
Seriously?
“Wow! Thats- uhm, that's crazy!” Jasmine laughs, trying not to sound nervous.
“Will you excuse me? I.. saw someone I know and would like to catch up with them.” She feeds the reporter the lie, and when the woman nods politely Jasmine begins to walk away.
