I guess I began acting a fool while walking back because munna suggested that jamell carry to stop me from running off.
"Come here ma " jamell said reaching his hand out
"noooo you come here " I giggled
"Yo lil ass finna get ran over" he laughed pulling me out the road
"noo you gon get ran over" I said as he picked me up and tossed me over his shoulder
"Ran over how , ion even been inna road" he laughed
I don't know what I found funny but I began laughing to the point of where my stomach hurt.
I could feel my phone ringing in my back pocket and jamell stopped walking so I could grab it without dropping it.
"Helloooo " I said answering
"Girl where y'all at?"
"Uhh walking"
"Walking where?" They asked
"Back to the house , whose this?" I asked
"Aunshti, I'm calling from jaden phone"
"Ain't you with us rn?" I asked confused
"Girl you is fried ash yo , we literally told you we was going to the liquor store next door to get a Bottle"
"Whoops , but uhh I'll see you back at the beach house then" I said hanging up
I opened up my Apple Music and scrolled through my playlist and started playing the weekend by Sza because it was stuck in my head.
"You take Monday Friday then you send him my way" ja'laiyah sang along
I closed my eyes and let whatever song played next play. The music sounded sooo good.
