With the new day beginning, Selene centered her thoughts on remembering Jack.
As the memories flooded her mind, she winced in pain, experiencing every moment in her mind. The moment on the balcony where she turned him down, her sleepless nights plagued with nightmares - all passing in front of her eyes.
But then she reached the nightmare, and that's when everything changed.
Selene felt a chill run down her spine as she looked at the different version of Jack in her memory. This was her own nightmare she feared the most - a Jack with pale grey skin, jet black hair, and eyes as dark as ash.
With a small voice, she whispered, "Jack?"
The nightmare had unfolded vividly in her mind, leading to her face-to-face encounter with Pitch.
Selene's eyes shot open, her chest heaving as she panted heavily.
Realization dawned upon her - she now knew exactly what happened and how Pitch had erased her memories.Overwhelmed, Selene covered her face, her sobs filled with sorrow and regret. "I'm so sorry..." she repeated, her voice choked with despair.
North's voice broke the silence, his worry evident in his tone. "Have you... seen his face?" he asked, his gaze fixed on Selene.
Selene wiped away tears from her cheeks and shook her head as she responded. "I'm not sure.." she said, her voice a mixture of frustration and determination, "But I know where Pitch took him. It's the same place from my nightmare."
Tooth fluttered her wings inquisitively, her voice eager as she questioned, "Where did Pitch take him?"
Selene swallowed hard, recalling that she was in a place filled with tomb stones, "In the cemetery".
Tooth's eyes widened, a hint of dread in her voice as she repeated, "Cemetery."
Sandy acted scared and created a gold sand of tomb stone about his head.
Bunny's ears flickered, his expression serious as he remarked. "Cemetery... the place is riddled with pain and fear."
North got up, his determination obvious, and Selene was pulled from her bed.
"Get ready," North instructed, ushering her towards the bathroom, "You're coming with us."

.Time passed, they didn't include Sandy in this mission because it was almost sunset. They need to save a fellow guardian without forgetting their guardian duties.
Selene was riding along in North's sleigh with the other guardians,
"Oh my gosh! This is fun!" she laughed while holding the bar beside her.North, at the helm, steered the reindeers with confidence. "Everyone loves the sleigh!" he exclaimed happily.
Bunny, gripping for dear life, interjected from the side with a sarcastic remark. "I don't!" he retorted.
Tooth couldn't help but chuckle quietly at Bunny's comment, amused by his discomfort.
Selene glanced below them, "There!" she pointed at the little house in the middle of the cemetery, "Pitch made my tomb stone near that!" she recalled her memory
"Your tombstone?" Tooth asked, eyes widening in surprise, "Why would Pitch show you your own tombstone?"
Selene chuckled awkwardly, her laughter masking a hint of unease. "It was part of my dream," she explained, "where I died and Jack was... crying in front of my tombstone."
The guardians exchanged knowing glances among themselves, recognizing the true fear hidden behind her words.
Bunny spoke firmly, locking eyes with her. "We will protect you, Selene," he declared. "We'll keep you safe, no matter the cost."
