Jack swayed their hands and asked her, "Come on, I'll tour you around."
Selene followed Jack's lead, feeling the gentle sway of their hands together. She nodded, a smile on her face.
"Alright, lead the way," she replied, excited to explore the rest of the workshop.
Jack continued touring her inside the workshop, Selene's eyes widened in wonder at the sight of hundreds of yetis and elves working diligently on Christmas presents and decorations.
Jack, on the other hand, couldn't help but smile as he watched her take in the magical sight before them. Her excitement and wonder were infectious, and he felt a sense of joy just being by her side.
"Thank you." Selene said when a yeti gave her a bear stuff toy holding a heart.
Jack smiled, "The yetis and elves here adore you. They're always happy to give gifts to anyone they like."
"Aw, they like me?" She cheekily smiled at Jack
Jack chuckled at her cheeky smile, his heart fluttering at her expression.
"Oh, they definitely like you," he affirmed, returning her smile. "You've managed to charm them all with your sweetness and kindness. It's quite a feat considering how much they usually distrust outsiders."
"Is that so? Then I guess they didn't like you at first?" She smirked, "I bet you're in the naughty list."
Jack feigned a hurt expression, placing a hand over his heart.
"Ah, how could you think so lowly of me, love?" he teased, his eyes sparkling with amusement. "But you're quite right. They didn't take a liking to me at first. I was always topping the naughty list. Always causing chaos and playing pranks."
"Love?" Selene felt her heart skip a beat when Jack said the 'l' word to her, "Did you just call me 'love'?" checking if she heard it right.
Jack also didn't notice he said it until she asked.''Did I?" He couldn't help but smirk from her reaction towards it.
"Why? Don't you like it, love?" he teased, a hint of mischief in his voice.
"Huh? Isn't it too early to call me that?" She looked away, hiding her blushing cheek. "No need for pranks, Mr. Jack Frost."
Jack chuckled, his smirk growing wider.
"Oh, it's never too early for pet names, love," he teased, leaning closer to her. "And who said I'm done with pranks?"She started to walk away from him, "Whatever..." she clutched the plush toy on her chest, "I won't let you call me 'love' in just like that."
He chuckled at her stubbornness, enjoying the playful banter between them. He followed after her, a smirk playing on his lips.
"And why not, love?" he teased, deliberately using the pet name again. "It suits you, doesn't it? It's so sweet and endearing, just like you."
She covered her ears, "Nope!" She started to run away from him, "Not hearing anything!"
He couldn't resist playing along with her game, and as she ran, he chased after her.
"You can't run from me, love!" he called out, a note of amusement in his voice. "I'll catch you and keep calling you pet names until you admit you like it!""Noooo!" She laughed while running. Her heart races as the winter spirit follows her.
The sound of her cheerful giggling filled the air, making his heart flutter.
"You can run, but you can't hide, love!" he teased, his voice light and playful. "You'll eventually admit that you like my pet names. You can't resist their charm."
