Lan Sui, who was sandwiched in the middle, listened to the chatter and raised his eyebrows, asking, "Why don't you sit down and chat?"
Yi Chenye: "Forget it, I'll be smoked."
Cheng Jing: "Who wants to sit with him?"
The two said in unison.
Vampires probably have a unique tacit understanding in some aspects, such as dislike for each other.
There was a long table in front of the seats, with snacks on it.
Lan Sui ate the biscuits and snacks beside him, resting his chin on his hand and looking at the stage. He remembered that there was such a plot point in the original story. Lan Sui glanced at the time on his watch. It was now an hour since six o'clock in the afternoon. In about twenty minutes, this auction would be ruined.
The person who reported it was sitting on his left.
——Yi Chen Ye.
In the original plot, he, as the butler, did not appear here.
Lan glanced around.
The vampires in the audience were bidding for the blood slave on the stage, and the air was filled with a decadent atmosphere.
Lan Sui stroked the watch dial with his fingertips and narrowed his eyes.
I have a bad feeling, what's going on.
"Is it delicious?" Yi Chenye asked, turning sideways, his eyes falling on the stack of cookies next to him.
"Not bad." Lan Sui said, "Would you like to try it?"
Lan Sui held a cookie and put it to his lips, "Try it?"
Yi Chenye's eyes moved, and after a few seconds, he opened his lips and ate the cookie, "Not bad."
He also took a matcha flavored biscuit and placed it next to Lan Sui's lips, and Lan Sui opened her mouth and ate it. Yi Chenye seemed to suddenly become interested and took another pink strawberry flavored biscuit, which Lan Sui also ate. Yi Chenye reached out his hand again, and Lan Sui grabbed his wrist.
"I'm stuffed."
"Okay." Yi Chenye withdrew his hand with a little regret and wiped his hands with a wet tissue.
He looked like just an ordinary vampire who came to attend the auction, without any flaws, and he even had the leisure to eat cookies with him.
Cheng Jing on the other side was unwilling to be outdone.
"Lan Sui, I haven't seen you for so many days, don't you miss me?"
He did not lower his voice when he said this, and Yi Chenye who was standing beside him heard it clearly. He also tilted his head to look at Lan Sui, wanting to see how he would answer.
Cheng Jing tricked him.
No matter how he answered this question, it was not a good answer.
"Mr. Cheng, please respect yourself," Lan Sui said, "lest people misunderstand you."
It goes without saying who will "misunderstand".
"Boss Yi, do you still restrict your subordinates from making friends?" Cheng Jing asked Yi Chenye provocatively, and started poaching again, "Lan Sui, you are not a very good boss. Why don't you just leave me alone? I promise to treat you well."
"Looking for a boss is not looking for a wife." Lan Sui glanced at Yi Chenye again, "Besides, I am loyal to Mr. Yi. He is my... master."
He called out "Master" but his tone was nonchalant and disrespectful.
