There Goes A Shocker

Percy's POV:

Me and Frank were practicing sword fighting in the training grounds at Camp Half-Blood. The big guy came up to me while I was "Drowning" my pancakes in maple syrup, and he said "Mars wants me to "Fix" my sword fighting". So you see.. you can't really say 'no' to that guy, mainly because.. he has a baby face and a sumo wrestler's body. Ooooookayyy.... So let's hope he didn't hear me..

After we finished, Annabeth came scurrying up to me and told me, "Come to the Big House, Chiron has news for us" and the usual:

Me: What news-

Annabeth: (Runs Away)

So me and Frank looked at each other, put down our swords, and followed Annabeth.

The Big House, surprisingly was kind of quiet for once, just the seven if us. Eight if you count Chiron coming. 

Once everyone settled down, Chiron began.

"The Gods, are concerned about your education. Of course, they understand that you don't.. erm.. have much time, in the current circumstances, but now, as all prime threats are.. averted.. they find it a very good opportunity for you all to go.. to..."

Everyone was looking at him eyes open.

"School"

As soon as the word left his lips a loud celebration was heard. I looked at Annabeth. This meant She could leave SODNYC and I could just join in the school! And the best thing ever.. the whole seven was going to be there too!

After we all went to our separate cabins, I turned off the lights. Tomorrow, I'd have to speed-pack everything because I was too lazy to do it this night. I had a lot of stuff to do so when I iris- messaged my mom, she was really... mad. But when she heard the news, I knew she couldn't stay angry at me forever, especially since she had a small smile curving up her mouth.
