The warnings ladies ^-^

Gwen's = Jealousy

It's a bit long bawi ko na sainyo. ^-^

The evening continues in the cozy, bustling living room. The laughter around you is infectious as the group’s conversation shifts between light-hearted jokes and stories, filling every corner with warmth and comfort. Sitting there, surrounded by familiar faces, you feel a sense of family and unity – yet there’s a tension just under the surface, especially with Stacey holding onto your arm a bit tighter than usual. You’re trying to ignore it, but her subtle clinginess, the way she leans her head on your shoulder, and her soft glances are unmissable. You’ve known Stacey long enough to tell when she has something in mind, but you decide to keep it to yourself, simply enjoying the game night and assuming it’s just excitement about spending more time together.

As the group settles into a new round of a board game, Jennie’s voice cuts through the chatter, calm yet tinged with authority. “Girls, are you all keeping up with the medication we arranged for you?” She scans each face, her expression firm yet caring, showing her genuine concern. Jennie’s presence commands respect; her doctor’s intuition is always on, and you can tell she’s watching closely, picking up on any signs of hesitation. Then, Seulgi chimes in smoothly, but her words carry an underlying seriousness. “Remember, if any of you slip up, you're going back to consultations with me the Dr. Kang, Dr. Bae, and Dr. Kim.” She gives a playful smile, but the warning is clear.

The atmosphere shifts slightly, and you notice a few uneasy glances exchanged around the circle. The girls laugh, though some seem a bit nervous. Gwen speaks up first, sounding confident but with a slight waver, “We’re on top of it, really. We’re taking the meds and keeping y/n safe, just as we promised.” She smiles, and the others nod in agreement, though their assurances seem rehearsed, and you catch a hint of something deeper in their glances. Sheena beams at Jennie and Seulgi, saying, “Yes, unnie, we’re all good!” Her enthusiasm is contagious, but something doesn’t sit quite right with you, a quiet 'Lies,' murmuring in the back of your mind. Still, you don’t voice your suspicions.

Jennie seems convinced and nods approvingly, though she gives you a look, a subtle check-in that you recognize as her way of asking if everything truly feels okay. You give her a reassuring smile, but in the back of your mind, there’s a lingering discomfort. You wonder if the girls are being fully truthful and why there’s an odd tension beneath their cheerful agreement. Jennie softens and says, “We just don’t want y/n to worry about any issues with you all, all right?” Seulgi adds smoothly, “And make sure to tell y/n if you need anything else; we’ll ensure the supplies are restocked whenever you need them.” Sheena, ever the lighthearted one, raises her hand in a mock salute and says, “Understood, ma’am!” The others join her, throwing playful salutes and laughing, shifting the atmosphere back to something lighter.

Your eyes meet Jennie’s as she looks at you with a mix of concern and protectiveness, subtly gauging your comfort. You smile back, silently assuring her you’re fine, even though you’re beginning to feel torn between keeping up the easygoing front and the subtle, growing pressure of the girls’ behavior when you’re alone with them.

Then, just as you’re settling back into the game, Stacey leans in close to you, surprising you by pressing a soft kiss to your cheek – an affectionate move that’s out of character for her, at least in front of others. You turn to her, a bit startled, and she smiles warmly, holding onto your arm with gentle affection. It’s clear she’s been waiting for a moment to talk to you. She leans closer, her breath warm on your ear as she whispers, “Love, can we go on a date tomorrow? Just the two of us. We can shop after eating, please?” Her eyes are wide and hopeful, her voice soft, and she gives you several light kisses on your cheek, her gaze so intent and sincere that it catches you off guard.
