"Demigods!" the centaur said cheerfully. "Welcome to Camp Half-blood!"
Nelly and Grover walked to his side. Nelly hugged the centaur before she turned back to us.
"Heather, Logan, meet Chiron," she introduced. "The trainer of heroes and the activities director at Camp Half-blood!"
Chiron chuckled before taking a look at our faces. "We would give you a tour, but for now you need to go to the infirmary."
"Why?" Logan asked. "We're fine."
I'm not. I said to myself, though I couldn't tell them that.
Chiron looked at Logan' face and neck, which had scratches all over from the fury attacking him. Logan winced when he tried to touch his face.
"I'm surprised no one touched on this earlier," Chiron muttered.
"My apologies, Chiron," Grover said sheepishly. "We had too much going on."
"That's alright," Chiron told him. "Penelope, take these two to the infirmary. Grover, I have to speak to you."
Grover's face paled once again as he followed Chiron towards the entrance of camp. Nelly stayed behind with me and Logan.
She started rubbing her hands together. "Okay now," she said. "Let's go to the infirmary so one of the Apollo kids can heal you."
Once we walked into camp, I noticed that everything was the way it was in my dream. From the Lava wall to the large house in the front.
I then saw a group of kids run past me. They looked younger than ten and had on orange shirts and beads around their necks.
So kids can stay here all year round without supervision? This was like the New York equivalent of a foster care system.
We finally reached the infirmary and it looked like a regular infirmary at Perry's Cottage, but it was brighter and more vibrant than Perry's Cottage but this one looked like it could be a lot more dangerous since I saw a lot of swords out in the fields.
We noticed a lot of kids with blonde hair and blue eyes taking care of the campers. I guessed that they were Apollo kids since he's the god of healing and medicine.
Speaking of healing, I looked down at my hands and noticed that the black veins on my hands were growing. What does this mean? This only started happening after I talked to that woman in my dream. What did she do to me?
I tucked my hands in my pockets as we walked into the infirmary. There we met a kid who looked 9 wrapping bandages on a kid who looked ten years older than him.
"And it's...done!" he said as he finished wrapping the bandages on the kid. "I advise you not to do any more training until it heals. Doctor's orders."
The older kid groaned but said nothing in protest as he limped off towards the woods.
The kid doctor wiped his hands before he finally noticed us. He gave us a big smile and I could see the gap in his teeth which I could admit was cute.
"Oh, hey!" he said. "What happened? Cut by a sword? Stung by the Lava wall?"
"That's allowed?" Logan whispered to me. I just shrugged as we both looked back at the kid.
"We're actually new," I explained. "Uh, he got attacked by a fury. I just got a scratch on my leg."
The boy kept his smile. "Oh, new campers, huh?" he asked. "Well, I'm Will Solace, son of Apollo!"
He held out his hand, which we shook. "I'm Heather Agulera, and this is my brother Logan. We're, uh, undetermined."
