11:12. July. Monday. Sangdet

- Today will be a great day! Sangdet thought and went outside.

As always at this time of year in Thailand it often rains, but today it did not upset her in the least. She lifted her head and looked at the large billboard that stood right in front of her apartment complex. It depicted her hotel and restaurant, and the inscription *Discovery Coming Soon* screamed that very soon she would have to face new challenges and difficulties that this discovery would bring. But she was determined;

Sangdet sat in her office sifting through the resumes the hiring team had given her.

This one is too pathetic, but this one knows what neatness is!

She rubbed her eyes and leaned back in her chair.

You have to be careful about hiring staff , her mother's words echoed in her head.

- I don't know, why did you say that? - Sangdet spoke into the void. - but, well, let's see.

She selected several dozen resumes, wrote out their names and picked up the phone.

 Greetings. -  Sangdet said kindly.

Jim's familiar voice came through the receiver:

- Miss Changsooksa, I haven't heard from you in a while. Are you doing well?

- I need your help.

Jim was the only person she could turn to. Not once when they worked together in Bangkok did she fail. And everything Jim knew never went beyond her office.

- I am happy. If I can, I will help you.

- I need you to check on a few people to see if they are related to my father. can you do it for me Sangdet asked hopefully.

- Of course. But... Don't send this to my work email, I'll send you my home email. And when I can find out something, I will let you know.

- Thank you, you are my savior. Sangdet smiled

- I have always been and will be at your service.

Thailand. Atit

Grandpa, no! Why should I do this? I came here to learn from you. Why do I have to live in a garden? - Atit did not understand what was happening.

After he arrived in Thailand, his life changed dramatically. A new language, a country, the rules that his grandfather wrote for him. All this was not characteristic of Atit, he was used to living freely and at his own pleasure.

- I told you to call me Vichai, you Atit, you Suksavat. Remember this. And if you really want to become a professional chef, you have to start from the bottom and work your way through pain, fatigue, and exhaustion.

- But I already know everything! Atit whined like a little boy

- Begin your journey as if you grew up on the streets, not in luxury, and then thousands will follow you.

Atit thought about his grandfather's words, it was difficult for him to accept the new reality, but he was stubborn. Stubborn and persistent. He stood looking at the ground. Vichai approached his grandson and put his hand on his shoulder.

- Atit life is not only adventure and pleasure. This is a path of trials that you must go through with pride in order to form your personality. You came to seek new knowledge, but before you can do that you need to find yourself. I'll give you what I can, and then it's your choice.
