I know this is supposed to be all Theo's POV... buuut....

Alec Gunn

"Lance, if ya don't shut the fuck up, I'll kill ya myself." Alec growled as they continued checking the wards. Someone had entered through them that wasn't one of them. It was shortly after The Cunt had arrived as well, which only made Alec think that she had something to do with it. Nothing was a coincidence when it came to Grace, and he'd learned that when they were kids.

There was only one more space to look and that's when Alec spotted her. Wearing jammies, of all things. Her hair was down in wild curls around her shoulders. She looked vaguely familiar, and Alec would bet this was her.

The girl. The one who was driving Hawke crazy. The one who'd been obliviated.

She was hiding behind a tree, looking into the cave that just so happened to be bustling with everyone who'd came back from America for a report to Podex before they left again.

She had her wand out, but she didn't look like she was aiming to attack. Just was looking.

"Who is that?!" Lance hissed in a whisper and Alec sighed. Couldn't tell her to be on her way nicely if Lance had seen her.

"I'll handle this," he told Lance. "Do not attack her. She's a student from the school."

Thank Merlin, Hawke had made that rule known throughout the entire group.

Lance seemed to scoff and Alec understood. Usually, he'd kill first and not even ask questions later. It helped the anger for the most part. Helped to make him feel he deserved to be stuck with this life he had. But this wasn't one of those times.

He crept up behind her. Close. He knew his feet had taken on the silence his animagus form took as he neared her. She didn't turn, didn't give any indication she heard him. Because she didn't.

He was right behind her now, able to smell her scent of.. vanilla? Bread? Merlin, he was fucking hungry.

"What have we here?"' He asked softly. Teasingly.

She whirled, her dark eyes wide with surprise and fear. "CRUCIO!"

She wasn't fucking around, was she? He sidestepped easily and he heard Lance began to scream in pain as he dropped to the ground.

This was the one Hawke had chosen? She also went for the throat first, it seemed. His thoughts were jarred by Lance's pussy screams. Lance, evidently, hadn't gone through a life time of having that spell thrown at him. Hawke barely screamed anymore when he was hit with it. It made him roll his eyes.

"Shut up, Lance! Silencio," He sighed, and Lance's screams ended abruptly.

Queen Crucio was staring at Lance in confusion, when her gaze lifted to his, he grinned. "I hate bein' interrupted."

She was in shock or something, because she still didn't move. He easily plucked the wand out of her hand. "That wasn't very nice," he told her, again teasingly, grin in place. He saw when a look finally entered his eyes, a realization that she hadn't moved or done anything else to defend herself from Alec. Her hand went up and Alec's eyes widened with glee when he felt the magic crackle around her hand. Wandless casting? Interesting.

He apparated directly behind her and got to watch as Lance, who'd been shakily standing, took the fire spell. He fell to the ground and Alec had to hold back his laughter, watching as Lance panicked, rolling around in the snow and shoveling it on top of his body to put out the flames.

"Ah, yer fun." Alec said, once he was done laughing. "I love fiery ones."

She spun to face him again, her expression surprised and disbelieving and he grinned as his wand slid out of his sleeve and into his hand. He pointed his wand between her eyes and murmured. "Stupefy."
