Chapter 3: Another Military?

It's been about a month since the Bastogne Battalion arrived and Easy Company were on there regular patrol routes.

Philip: Aye! Silvers! Up top!

Philip and a Beacon Student then high-fived as Philip and Lester continued to walk down their route.

Lester: You got used to the students.

Philip: And they're used to this guy!

Philip then pointed a thumb to himself with a smile on his face.

Lester: Calm it down Oattey.

Philip: All rig-

Philip then stopped dead in his tracks.

Philip: What in the name of Jesus Huckleberry Christ?!

Lester: Wha-

Lester then turned seeing what Philip saw. The patrol pair spotted the gigantic Atlesian fleet in the sky as the sounds of propellers passed by.

Philip: Oh shit! The Mustangs! 

Lester: It seems Colonel Porter sent up the P-51 squadron up to find out what that fleet is!

Robert: All right, let's get this recon mission done!

The P-51's proceeded to fly a great distance before being spotted by the Atlas Flagship. Inside the Flagship, Ironwood spotted the P-51's approaching fast.

Ironwood: What are those?

The P-51D's equipped with T-64 HVAR rockets then buzzed the Flagship in a line formation as some Bullheads followed in pursuit of them with the two vehicles types matching in speed.

Ironwood: Specialist.

Winter: Yes sir?

Ironwood: Have those Bullheads locate the source of those vehicles that passed us.

Winter: Already done sir.

Ironwood: Good. And join up with those men, I don't trust their current Commanding Officer. And please, try not to attack them.

Winter: Yes sir!

Winter then saluted as she left with Ironwood telling an operator to prepare Winter's Bullhead.

Meanwhile the P-51D's noticed the Bullheads on their tails.

Falcon: I think we got bogies on our tail!

Ace: Return to base, and inform the Colonel! I'll lead us back in!

Timeskip

Ace: We're coming in for a landing!

The P-51D's then started to go down towards the makeshift runway as a Tank Company with all guns armed alongside Easy Company remnants, and the Colonel's personal security detail were awaiting their arrival with Colonel Porter in his officer uniform.

The P-51D's then landed with some jumps as they slammed the braking on the planes.

Behind, 5 Bullheads were seen coming it fast as their engines turned a different direction as they hovered over the P-51D's, not moving at all considering all the guns focused on them. Colonel Porter however had a megaphone in hand as he yelled into it.

Tom: This is Colonel Porter of the United States Army SNAFU Beacon Battalion! Land the vehicles and get out with your hands up! Or we will use force! Don't test our patience!

Inside the unique Bullhead, Winter looked puzzled, trying to figure out what to do as the crew were panicking inside.

Winter: Land the Bullhead.
