Taehyung, November 10, 1985, Royal Palace of Azura
I let out a small moan of pleasure as Jimin delicately trails his soft lips down the sensitive skin of my neck, sending shivers down my spine. With each tender touch, my heart quickens its pace, the anticipation of his next move causing a sweet ache within me. As Jimin gently parts my trembling legs and settles himself between them, his whispered words of admiration fill the air, making my cheeks flush with a combination of desire and bashfulness. "So pretty," Jimin murmurs, his voice laced with genuine adoration, "So delicate. Gosh, I just want to ravish you," his confession igniting a fiery heat that spreads through me like a tempting wildfire.
"J-jimin, we have to r-return back to the cell," I mumble. "We've been here for 10 minutes now."
"Mmm," Jimin hums as he captures my lips into another kiss. "My love."
As we walk back into the cell, mere seconds pass before a guard approaches the cell with an air of authority. "His Majesty, The King, has cordially invited you to join him for his fitting," the guard announces.
"But what am I going to do there?" I murmur, disappointed that I can't spend more time with Jimin.
"It's okay," Jimin whispers in my ear. "I'll come at night, again." The clinking of keys marks the guard's action of unlocking the cell door, allowing us to step out into the stark hallway. The silence between us speaks volumes as the guard leads me on a path through the intricate layout of the Royal Palace's extensive corridors. Eventually, we come to a halt in front of a grand room, the guard unbolting the door and ushering me inside
"Oh, Good Morning," the maid mumbles as she bows.
"Uh Hi," I reply, awkwardly.
"I suppose you're looking for His Majesty," the maids begins, "He's inside there. You can go." She says, slightly tilting her head towards another door in the opulent chamber.
"I c-can just stay here," I mutter nervously, my voice barely above a whisper, but the maid's puzzled expression prompts me to relent. With a resigned sigh, I concede, "Okay, I'll go in."
With gentle fingers, I grasp the doorknob and slowly push the door open, the hinges creaking softly in the silence. Peering inside, my breath catches in my throat as I catch sight of Jungkook's bare back, the soft light casting shadows over his skin. A gasp escapes my lips, my hand reflexively moving to cover my mouth in shock. However, as I go to close the door to give him privacy, my eyes widen at the sight of scars marring his otherwise flawless skin. These wounds seem out of place on him, as he is not one to willingly throw himself into the chaos of battle.
Curiosity gets the best of me and I open the door wider. "Where are those scars from, Jungkook?"
Jungkook, February 11, 1974, City of Fordham
A sharp kick to my ribs abruptly jolts me from deep slumber, causing a flare of searing pain to course through my body. Groaning from the sudden shock, I gingerly lift my heavy eyelids to behold the figure of my mother looming over me with a mixture of anger and disappointment etched on her face.
"Why did you eat the meal I made?" she asks.
"My apologies, mother. I didn't consume any food for three days. I was starving," I replied, begging for her forgiveness.
"Why would you eat the food I made for my daughter? You don't deserve anything, you useless boy. You have no power, no strength. Get out of my house and don't show me your pathetic face until midnight," she orders.
With unbridled disdain, she coldly spits near my face before turning on her heel to storm out of the attic room, leaving behind a lingering trail of disdain and anguish. Despite the sharp ache gnawing at my stomach, I muster the resolve to rise from the grimy floor, hastily clutching my weathered jacket. I rushed out of the house, careful not to show my face to my mother.
