15. A couple of healthy snack options are: peanut butter and carrots(Like I stated earlier, they're really good too!), yogurt with banana, apple, strawberry, etc. cut up into it. A turkey and jelly or jam sandwhich.
16. Losing weight isn't mandatory,everyone is pretty anyways :) but, if you must, there are a lot of ways to do it. Eating healthy and just swimming, skateboarding, bicycling, or just walking are my favorites.
