195. Ouch! A papercut! Grab your handy dandy chapstick tube from your pocket/purse/etc. and swipe some onto the cut. This will close the wound and reduce pain in just a matter of several seconds.

196. Do you have a hard time sleeping? I do. What helped me fall asleep in 5 minutes was that I got my phone(I know almost all of you guys reading have one.) and looked up 'relaxing sounds of nature' you can look up other sounds to fit your taste, set the phone under my pillow (don't put it on sleep mode!) and turned the volume up enough that I could hear it. Then, I just started taking very slow and deep breaths. Try counting to 6 breathing in, holding it for a few seconds, then as you exhale breathe out for 6-7 seconds. This will relax your body and aid your efforts in falling asleep. Good luck!
