139. Keeping your attention on your homework when you're studying is easily one of the hardest things to do as a teenage girl. You'll want to text your friends, facetime a cousin, etc. There's a million ideas of what you'd rather be doing rumbling through your head. How I study without getting sidetracked or distracted, take a warm bath or shower first, and study at night. If you're allowed to, drink a cup of coffee, or if you aren't allowed to, drink some hot cocoa or chocolate milk. These things will calm you down, and if you aren't as stressed out you'll be able to concentrate better! Also, remember to turn your phone off. (;
140. The most agitating event in life I've ever had happen to me, is when you climb into the shower to find you are out of shampoo/conditioner. It's even worse when you use 2-in-1 and then you have nothing. The only way around this that I know of, is to either get out and get more, or to use some body wash that is diluted. Squirt some into your hand, rub your hands together, then let a small amount of the water go onto your hands. This will make it so the body wash won't damage your hair, and it'll keep it clean enough until you can get your hands on some actual hair product.
