167. Want a healthy, feel-good snack? Here's how to make your own, delicious yogurt from scratch! Grab as much fruit as you can find. For berries, grab 5-6. DO NOT USE APPLES. A personal favorite of mine is strawberries, bananas, and blackberries together. So you put all of your fruit into a bowl and you smash it together with a spoon. You can blend it if you want to. Just as you would make a smoothie, except you don't add juice or ice. You can add a bit of heavy cream if you want to, but it is not necessary. 

168. If you are a mouth breather or snore in your sleep- do not sleep in a room with a window open. Especially if the window is close to your bed. The cold air and wind can make you wake up with a painful sore throat.
