19. Drink lots of water! It'll not only make you feel better, but you'll have a natural glow to you, and you won't get as much acne! If you get a larger water bottle, and fill it was cool water, it's easier, at least it is for me.
20. Try to lay off the sweets when it's "that time of the month", girls. If you're eating a bunch of cheesecake and chocolate it'll make you feel worse than you have to.
