"I think the next person they'll attack is my Aunt Jen." I say.
"Ok, then why don't we go there now." Sondra says.
"What if they were all ready there?" I ask, not knowing if I want to know the answer.
"Only one way to find out." Sondra says and walks out the door.

We pull into my aunt Jen's house. Everything looks fine. Her car is in the driveway, her lights are on, we can hear her dogs out back. She has nine of them.
"Sondra," I say and point to the rising sun.
"Crap." She says, "Let me see if I have extra bracelet."
"Extra bracelet?" I ask.
"In case of emergencies, I keep an extra sun bracelet with me. When you wear it you can't burn in the sun. That's why I keep this ring on at all times." She explains.
"Oh." I say.
"Yeah, fifty years ago I met a witch who helped me with that."
"I see." I say.
"Here it is!" She says and hands me the bracelet.
"Thanks." I say.
We get out of the car and walk up to the front door. I knock.
She answers.
Thank God! I think to myself.
"Hey, buddy! What are you doing here?" She asks.
"May we come in?" I ask.
"Of course!" She says.
Sondra and I walk in.
"Aunt Jen, we need to talk to you. You should probably sit down." I say.
She comes over and sits down on the chair across from the couch that Sondra and I are on.
"What is it?" She asks.
"Well," I start, "Me and Sondra are vampires and we killed the vampire council and now they are killing people I love to try and get revenge. They already killed Mom. I'm afraid that your next."
She starts laughing. "You guys are funny!"
"Aunt Jen, I'm serious! Look!" I start to grow my fangs and the dark veins start running down my cheeks. My eyes flash from blue to red.
She screams. "Oh... oh my... oh my God." She says. She starts breathing heavily.
"Listen, Jen, you have to calm down. We can protect you from this." Sondra says.
"Calm down?!" She yells, "You want me to 'calm down'?! I just found out that my sister-in-law is dead, my nephew is a vampire, and my nephew's girlfriend is a vampire too!"
"I understand it's a lot." I say, "But you have to trust us."
She looks at me. "I trust you." She says.
