"Aunt Jen?" I ask.
"Guess again!" The man's voice says.
"Oh my God!" Sondra says, "I've seen this before! The body disinagrates into the floor and the body of the owner is possessed!"
"How do you stop it?" I ask.
"We need a witch." Sondra says.
Shit! I think to myself. A witch? Where are we going to a witch now?
"Hold on." Sondra says, "before you flip out, let me call Lotus."
"Who?" I ask.
"My friend, Lotus. She's a witch." Sondra pulls out her phone and sets it on the ground.
"Are you calling her?" I ask.
She puts her index finger and shushes me.
I look at the phone. It starts to rattle. All of a sudden purple smoke starts coming out of it and Lotus appears.
"You called." She says to Sondra.
"Lotus!" Sondra says and hugs the witch. "How are you?! It's been ages."
"Thirty-seven years." Lotus says. "So what's up?"
"Wait." I say. "Last time you saw eachother was thirty-seven years ago? But you're like eighteen!"
Lotus stands there. She has long blue hair and pink eyes. A long wand is stuck between her hands.
"Thanks, sweet cheeks." Lotus says, "I'm eighty-four."
"Holy crap." I say under my breath.
"Ok, so we killed a vampire but his spirit is haunting Kevin's Aunt Jen."
"Where is he...or she...or it?" Lotus asks.
"Right there." Sondra says as she points to Jen who stands in the corner.
"This is really funny." The man's voice comes from Jen's body. "I mean this could be a TV show."
"Haha." Lotus says. She sits on the floor and crosses her legs. She starts talking in a different language. It sounds like Latin.
A candle on Jen's nightstand burst into flames and the water in the bottle flys everywhere.
"What's happening?" I ask.
"The spell is working." Sondra says.
"No!" The man's voice cries as Jen's body falls to the floor.
The spell worked.
"Thanks." Sondra says as Lotus stands up.
"Your welcome." Lotus says. "Thats a simple spell. The man should be gone. Your Aunt Jen should be back to normal later."
"Thanks!" I say, surprised at how simple that was.
"Ok, so now what?" Sondra asks.
"We go home." I say.
And so we went home and rested.
Now all is safe in Davidsville when the sun goes down.
