If life would allow you one fairytale would you indulge in it?
You sat at a table near the window as you admired the cherry blossoms. How they gently glided down towards the ground covering the pale green grass with a soft pink hue.
A smile forms on your lips as you enjoy the calming scenery. You adjust your jacket allowing it to hug against your figure keeping you warm within the chilly atmosphere of the place. A slight nudge against your glasses to fix how it perched on your was and soon you open the book you had with you on the last page you were reading.
Within just a few minutes, your coffee came along with that familiar waiter who always served you the same coffee.. with the same poker face expression...
"Your coffee ma'am..."
You glance up at him, studying his expression, the attire he wore, the fact that he couldn't even spare a second to be happy and was greeted by his calm demeanor.
He walked away once his job was down, not wasting a second to entertain any type of small talk. You couldn't help but be quite annoyed with his demeanor.
Couldn't he smile at least once?
You shake your head and continue reading your book.. completely engrossed in the literacy piece you held securely in your hands. He steals a few glances at you from the counter but you don't mind, this book was far more too entertaining after all.
He was always like this anyway
You smile as you remembered the name that was engraved onto his uniform, a golden thread that embroidered how to address him making sure that customers knew who were serving them...
"Giyu Tomioka"

After spending the day in the coffee shop taking your time to relax and enjoy the day you notice how the sun was starting to set. A mix of orange and pink blending into the sky that was previously as blue as a usual sunny day.
A sigh escapes your lips as you get up and gather your things. For now it was time to bid this paradise farewell and return to the boring reality everyone resided in.
When you step out of the shop you hear the familiar ring of the door from behind, once you turned around you were greeted with that same boy who snuck small glances at you. Giyu was there, standing... your face only a few inches from each other, you can practically feel the warmth of his breath near you.
You step away to allow the both of you some space and smile, you didn't wanna scare him after all.
"Ah.. is there something you needed?"
"You.. uhm- here.."
He gives you a small box that had a tart in it, when your gaze returned to him he looked away a little, eyes trying to avoid making eye contact as a faint tint of red tint stained his cheeks.
"Boss wanted to thank you for coming back here 30 times now.."
You smiled sheepishly at his sentence and put the tart in your hand bag
"Name's Y/N"
As he glances back at you a small smile finds itself onto his face and he walks back inside to continue his shift
Huh.. so he can smile...
