When the sun had fully disappeared behind the moon's fragile figure, Giyu was walking you back home. You two walked along the sidewalk enjoying the peaceful silence you shared as the wind was blowing gently sending a chilly breeze in the air..

Once you allow your hair to breathe, you return the hair tie to the boy who walked beside you—he took it and pulled his hair back tying it up in its usual ponytail so his thick raven hair wasn't block the beautiful view.

You smile as the memories of shared moments between only the two of you earlier returned to your mind, playing for a sweet and romantic idea..

Like it was straight out of a fairytale.

Once you reached home you thanked him for walking you back and gave him a small wave as goodbye. Before you turned away he called out your name—His eyes turning to the side searching for the next words to tell you...

"See you tomorrow at the coffee shop"

You a soft chuckle escaped you in reply and soon you were watching as the boy walked away from your doorstep with that flower crown still resting upon his head being the only trace left of the precious moments you spent.

That night you stayed up till two playing back every moment that had happened between you two while it sent butterflies fluttering in your stomach—now the source of the story that lulled you into a peaceful slumber under the comfort of the blanket.

You sit in the coffee shop while writing a story. Giyu came to your table from time to time lending you a hand and making sure you were doing alright. As you thought of a few ideas for the story you wished to tell, you listed it down in your notes in case you were to forget and continued writing the next words that were to bring your ideas to the world.

"Y/N" A voice speaks from beside you: he made sure you knew his presence was there..

"Hm?.."

He moves your phone to the side and sets a cup of coffee on the table—It had a different scent to it: It seemed to smell sweeter than your usual cup.

His hand rests upon your head, tangling with a few strands before gently ruffling your hair. He spoke up, continuing the earlier unfinished sentence after he was sure that you were listening to him. "Don't overwork"

It didn't take long before he reluctantly pried his hands away from how they had been comfortably playing with you hair.. Turning away and after one final glance he found his lips curling up into a small smile he finally walked away—leaving you to the peaceful silence of the shop.

Damnit...

You continue writing about a good amount of the chapter and stopped once you were satisfied with a few of the unfolding events. You put your notebook away, tucking it into the back pocket of your sling bag before you fingers gently curled around the handle of the cup: lifting up and taking a sip of the coffee.

It was different. Not in the bad way though.. the coffee tasted sweeter and lighter to taste—it was like a gentle embrace on a cold winter day.

You look at the cup slightly and notice a note pasted on the small plate where the cup was just perched on.

"Wanted you to try a different mix"

A soft smile graced your lips as you chuckled, it makes sense why the coffee is sweet... He himself is such a sweet person.. though you would never say that out loud.

Eventually you pulled out your phone while enjoying the sweet cup of coffee, you were scrolling through the media seeing if anything interesting was up but it pretty much ended up with looking at different dog photos

Minutes passed by when you did that, you hadn't even realize that you've finished the cup of coffee already until you tilted the cup to be met with one final drop of the sweet mix.

You look at the empty cup and frowned a little seeing that it no longer contained the sweet brew. As you set the cup down and continue scrolling through different photos a familiar hand comes and snatches your phone from your hands

"Eh—Hey Giyu! give iiiit" You protested with a slight pout. As you reach behind for your phone a light chuckle escaped his lips and he raises your phone higher in the air.

You tilted your head back to be able to take a look just how high he was raising his arm up but instead you were met with his face above yours.. only a few inches away from each other. You stared up at him and he stared back into the beauty that had been hiding in your eyes.

A light pink hue didn't go unnoticed by you and him as they seemed to match the ones on both your cheeks. You immediately sit up properly again, allowing a breath to escape you that didn't even realize you have been holding.

You grow even more flustered as the possibilities of what just happened sank into your thoughts, your mind filled with far-fetched ideas and lines that you could only really hear in silly made up fiction novels.

He chuckled, unlike you he didn't seem as affected by the situation anymore. Giyu gently sets your phone in front of you again allowing you to take it back before he speaks up in a casual tone.

"There's a night market later, I was gonna ask if you want to come?"

You turn towards him. The embarrassment from seconds ago already long forgotten as you returned the knowing gaze in his eyes with a happy smile playing on your lips.

"Sure, I'd love to go!" You stated the obvious: he didn't need your answer to know that you longed to enjoy another adventure and yet he waited for you to confirm it verbally just to be sure.

You turn back to the phone now resting in your lap. A gleeful smile still lingering in your thoughts as you giggle to yourself. Soon you feel how his jacket draped gently over your shoulders to keep you warm.

The perfume on it was still there..

"My shift ends in 45 minutes" He finishes. Now heading back to tailor to his next customer after spending a couple of minutes to talk to you.

A faint blush was growing on your cheeks again as you held the jacket.. your smile slowly fades away from your face as you chuckled lightly and shook your head.

Why must you be so perfect...
