The six brothers with Rudra and Lakshay were sitting in Atharyu's study discussing some pressing matters that needed urgent action.
"American leader is dead, and Russians are on rampant after the news" Lakshay informed his boss that needs his immediate attention.
"But we are strong enough to handle them and on plus we have Italian Alliance", Ranveer spoke looking at his eldest.
"Everything needs not to be handled by force and power Ran, sometimes we need to take a step back and watch our enemies move," Atharyu spoke rolling the paperweight on his table.
"We need to be careful, we have already increased the security of the mansion and our warehouses. We have to make sure of Mahi's safety as well, she doesn't know anything about our different businesses." Rudra said, his eyes filled with concern. Not only him but others' eyes also reflect the same emotion. They know she is an easy target for their enemy, putting them in a vulnerable position. They don't want to put her life at risk. Their every step should be careful and measured.
"What should we do about the alliance proposed by Rai Singh" Kabeer asked his eldest brother.
"We all know, how that Dilawar Rai Singh is. He is a selfish man. The only thing that matters to him is his benefit, the rest of the world can burn into ashes for his sake" Aditya put forward.
"What he is at a personal level is not our concern, we will only share professional relations with him. This alliance will make sure no harm will come to us from his way. And if he tries to double-cross me i know exactly how to show him his place." Atharyu said. Then he looked at Lakshay, "Talk to him, find out what he can offer us".
Just then there was an urgent knock on the door, and all of them stopped talking, Atharyu commanded the person to come in.
Meera comes inside in haste, Atharyu raises his eyebrow in question.
"S-Sir, Ma-Ma'am is not in he-her room," she said stuttering. Atharyu immediately stands up in panic.
"Speak clearly," He demanded.
"I checked her room and the places in the house she likes to visit but she is nowhere to be found." She looked down on the floor.
Worry filled the hearts of the brothers. They immediately march outside the study. Where can she go is the only question in their mind.
"Lakshay check the cameras of the house, and inform all the guards to search the entire house" He said to Lakshay.
"I will come with you," Rudra presses to accompany Lakshay.
"I will check her room again," Atharyu paces towards her room, barking orders on the phone. The other brothers followed him. Something worse happening to her made their heart clench. They may not have accepted her, doesn't mean they don't care for her. She is their responsibility.
