The night air was thick with tension as Pond and Phuwin led their group toward the abandoned warehouse. Hidden behind the cover of nearby trees, they studied the building, taking in every detail. The once-silent structure now held their children, Park and Finn, along with a crew of armed strangers. Phuwin's heart pounded, but his resolve was steel, honed by desperation and love.

"You ready?" Pond whispered, his voice steady but his hand clenched around the flashlight in his pocket. Phuwin nodded, determination hardening his gaze. They couldn't afford a single misstep; every choice mattered.

"Remember, we're in and out," Phuwin whispered back. "Stay sharp, stay together. We're bringing them home."

As they moved closer, they spotted guards posted near the entrance and around the sides of the warehouse. Pond gestured for everyone to halt, signaling Gemini and Fourth, who quietly slipped around the back to find an alternate way in. Pond glanced at Phuwin, their shared look saying it all: Nothing stops us tonight.

Moving quietly, Gemini and Fourth circled the warehouse, their eyes scanning for any opening that might lead them inside undetected. Fourth's hand brushed against Gemini's as they crouched by a slightly ajar window, a tiny crack of opportunity amidst a night filled with uncertainty.

"Here. This is our way in," Gemini whispered, his voice barely audible. Fourth nodded, squeezing his shoulder briefly before slipping inside. He didn't let go of the determination that fueled him—he'd fight, claw, or break down walls if it meant bringing his children home.

Inside, shadows shifted as they crept down a narrow hallway, listening for any sign of Park and Finn. Fourth's gaze was sharp, his instincts keen, as he moved with quiet precision, and Gemini's presence beside him only strengthened his resolve. They split up once they were further inside, each determined to cover as much ground as possible.

"Stay close," Gemini murmured, his eyes flicking toward the closed doors along the hall. The building was eerily silent, but the weight of fear and danger was unmistakable.

Joong and Dunk made their way through the maze-like corridors of the warehouse, every step a nerve-wracking test of their resolve. Joong's instincts kicked in, his ears attuned to the slightest noise as they crept through the shadows. Dunk stayed close behind, his movements steady and his focus sharp despite the fear gnawing at him.

A faint noise stopped them. Joong raised a hand, signaling Dunk to freeze as they listened. Voices echoed down the hallway. Joong's pulse quickened—they were getting close.

As they approached the room, Dunk's face grew tense. "There's more of them than we thought," he whispered, his gaze locked on Joong's. Joong nodded, signaling that they needed to be careful. They each moved to opposite sides of the room's entrance, ready to act at the first sign of danger.

Joong's breath hitched as he caught sight of two men patrolling the hallway nearby. He met Dunk's gaze, a silent message passing between them: Be ready.

--

Inside a dimly lit room, Park and Finn huddled together, their hands bound and voices hushed. Park's face was pale but determined as he listened to faint sounds in the distance, his heart racing as hope surged within him.

"I think they're here," Park whispered, a spark of hope igniting in his eyes. He glanced at Finn, who clutched his hand tightly, his gaze filled with a mixture of fear and longing.

Finn's eyes widened, the hint of a smile breaking through his terror. "Are you sure?" he whispered back, his voice trembling but hopeful.

Park nodded, squeezing Finn's hand. "Just stay quiet and be ready. I think we're going home." Despite his own fear, Park felt a strange sense of courage settle over him. His father's words rang in his mind—stay strong, stay brave—and he held onto them, letting them guide him in the darkness.
