*After some years*

Virat was bundled up in bed, peeking out from under a blanket with the most dramatic pout Rohit had ever seen. While Vi looked utterly pitiful, his cheeks flushed from fever and his eyes a little teary.
While Rohit was feeling sorry for his poor baby.

Sitting beside Virat on their bed, Rohit brought a damp cloth to his forehead, gently dabbing it while keeping his tone soft but firm, "Kyu khaya pura tub icecream? Ab hogya na fever?"

"Me nahi khata toh Ishu pura khaa jata aur mere liye nahi bachta"Virat said innocently as it was the most simplest thing ever.

Rohit just stared at him amused, "seriously Vi? Ishan is just 5 you really think woh pura dabba khaa leta icecream ka?"

"Who knows besides I was just trying to protect him from cold and sugar overload" said Vi

"“Oh, so you did it out of pure, selfless concern, huh? usko protect krne ke chakkar me khudko fever aagya ab such a responsible father you are.. " Rohit said sarcastically to which Vi whined

“Yes, I did. I’m a very considerate father, But now I’m the one stuck in bed, and it’s Diwali, Ro. Everyone’s having fun except me. Tumne dekha Harry ki insta story he is enjoying with Mahi Bhai mujhe bhi Jana tha Diwali party me” Vi said sadly

Rohit gently brushed a stray lock of hair from Vi’s forehead “I know, love. But that’s what happens when you don’t take care of yourself and we'll celebrate it next year abhi tum theek hojao jaldi betu"

"Chlo ab bohot baate hogyi ye soup pii lo" Rohit said placing the soup bowl infront of him to which Virat made a irritated face.

"Ye nahi yaar kuch dusra laao"

"Haa jese mne yaha hotel khol rakha hai ye nahi woh laao.. aur kuch nahi milega chup chap pii lo ye" Rohit said forwarding him spoon of soup.

Virat' was about to argue but then their son ishan came there as he woke up from his sleep, "Papa kya hua aapko?"

"Your papa is sick Ishu and say thankyou to him" said Rohit eyeing Vi

"Thankyou kyu?" Ishan asked innocently.

"Because your father saved you from sugar overload pure icecream khaa liya aur ab he is sick" Rohit said giving Virat a sarcastic smile.

While Virat just elbowed him and mumbled shutup..

But here tears pooled in Ishan's eyes and he was about to cry.

"Aapne Mela icecleam khaaya papa?? Mne woh save karke rakha tha" Ishan started crying now.

Vi gave Rohit a dangerous glare and Rohit just laughed nervously.

"Ishu idhar aao baby.. Woh icecream kharaab hogya tha isiliye mne khaya.. and we'll bring more icecream for you okay? Now pls stop crying meri jaan" Virat said and Rohit nodded in agreement.

"Ishu ek kaam karo Tum Mahi aur Sonu uncle ke Ghar jaao yaha rahoge toh you'll get fever too.. aur waha diwali party enjoy kro okay? I'll tell driver to drop you?" Rohit said

"Yayy me Waha pe shubu se bhi milunga aur mere naye toys leke jau waha uske sath khelunga" Ishan said happily as Shubhman who was son of Mahi and Sonu was his best friend.

"Wahi socha abhi tak woh shubhman ka naam kese nahi liya.. woh ab mere bete ke sath flirt karega waha" Rohit mumbled but Vi heard him and glared at him.

Rohit was always insecured about Shubhman as he always tried to impress ish. He thought that Shubhman is going to steal his son from him.

Soon ishan left after giving set of instructions to Virat to not to eat icecream again.

Now Virat was laying on Rohit's lap and Rohit was massaging his head.

"Vi baby soojao thodi der ab you'll feel better ab fever bhi chala gaya hai"

But now Virat just snuggled to Rohit's waist and hugged him.

"Kya hua kya chal rha hai tumhare dimag me meri jaan?" Rohit asked

"Ro I'm sorry.. meri wajah se tum festival enjoy nahi kr paaye mne sab kharab kr diya.. but seriously mujhe nahi pta tha ki fever hoga.. I was having sweet craving nahi toh wese me itna icecream kabhi nahi khaata" Virat said guilty.

"Tu pagal h kya thoda vi.. aur tumne kuch kharab nahi kiya, tumhare haath me thodi tha fever hona.. and festival is all about celebrating it with your loved ones and I'm here celebrating it with you haa thoda diffrent way me but it's okay" Rohit said as he winked to him.

"I love you so much.. " Ro said as he kissed Vi.

Soon after their kissing session Virat said, "ab mera virus kahi tumhare pass naa ajaye"

"Nahi aayega I have a very strong immunity babes" Rohit smirked.

Soon their conversation was broken by a video call from Harry. Everyone from ict family was there and missing rohirat.

"Cheeku kesa hai ab?" Mahi asked

"Ab theek hu bhai. Missing you all" Virat said

"We all are missing you both" Sonu said from behind.

"Shaana Aisa kya krdiya tune ki hamara cheeku bimar hogya?" Yuvi asked.

"Mne kya kiya yrr usse he pucho aap kya kiya usne" Rohit said but Vi hid his face in Rohit's neck.

"Eww Bhai control yourself yaha pe aapka bachha bhi hai" Harry said showing camera towards Ishu who was laughing as Shubhman gave him flying kiss.

"Ek minute ye dekha Vi.. I told you woh ladka mere bete ke sath flirt karega. You see that?" Rohit said whispering to Virat

"Shutup Ro.. they both are kids besides they both are so cute my seeta and Geeta.. haaye nazar Naa Lage kisiki" Virat said admiring them while Rohit was grumpy.

"Chlo Vi get some rest.. I'll hang up the call" said Harry.

Soon Rohit and Virat went to sleep in their dreamland..
