"I thought you would leave me again Marcus" I hugged his big body, which comforted me.
"I would never leave you my baby" he kissed on my forehead and I sniffled a little, almost on the verge of tears.
"Come on now. Cheer up..... We'll make your favourite cherry cake, okay?" He cups my cheeks and looks at me affectionately, I nod with a smile.
As Marcus started walking away downstairs to the kitchen, I couldn't move my legs. I try again, but still couldn't move them. Marcus had left the room, humming alone, I tried to call him but my voice was muffled "Marcus?" I pull my legs with my hands, "Marcus....my leg....", and all of a sudden, it went quiet. I couldn't hear his footsteps or his humming anymore.
My heart pounded like as if it wanted to jump out of my mouth,, the eerie silence started to surround me. "MARCUS!" I managed to scream-
"Marcus....." I opened my eyes and woke up from my dream.
I looked around, to find no one beside me. "Marcus..... Are you still there?" I yelled.
I clutched my chest and slowly got up from the bed. "Marcus..... It's not funny"
I opened the shower room and found no one.
I looked around. His clothes, his shoes, were gone. Did he leave?
My phone vibrates with a notification and I looked at it.
"I'm sorry Yuri, looks like I cannot deal with us. But I would like to meet you and have a talk. Classic Cafe corner"
I stood silent, staring at the text I just got.
He's gone.
