Scarlet Thomson has never looked so helpless to me anyway, eyes shut, like being asleep. Well, she is, but not by her choice. Thanks to Daniel, we figured out her type. She's A negative, and I was worried none of us could give her some blood. But Daniel, the lucky bastard is O negative. He can give to anyone in terms of blood. Scarlet is someone I worry for, to her enemies she's more than a threat, she's the whole goddamn danger itself, which is what I worry about, I wouldn't like to be at the blade of her dagger. And about the other issue, Alexander. He did this to her. This was his fault I'm gonna kill him. While I'm looking at her my eyes, I fall to her hand and a ring on her middle finger it's sliver, and weirdly, I'd never noticed it before, until now, and her eyes flutter open slowly tried and still in a pain and with a hint of shock in her dazed eyes.
"Fuck"
She muttered it was barely audible. Weak.
"How long have I been out?"
"Days"
I say quickly.
"Three days"
She sighs and mutters something I can't hear under her breath.
"Godamnit"
she tries to sit up but I stop her.
"That isn't a wise move Thomson"
She looks at me a mix between a smirk on her lips and the pain in her eyes.
"When have I ever made a wise choice"
"Joining the army?"
"Very funny smart ass"
She shoots me a look back again and I chuckle but I force my face to go serious.
"When you've fully recovered the commanders wants us to have a meeting about our next move about...him"
I can't even say his name, to painful on the tongue.
"Seems like him but, why not handle it sooner, you've had 72 fucking hours"
"The commander wants you to make a statement saying your okay and that nothing happened"
"What!"
She sits up to quickly, and the groan of pain proves my point.
"You can't be fucking serious!"
She snaps at me and her glare is like emeralds stabbing into me, sharp.
"I'm sorry Thomson but its to calm the public"
My voice quite
"What happened?"
She says.
"Did the information about Alexander get leaked?"
Her tone was demanding for answers and I nod.
"It's only rumours but to be safe"
She lays back down, then turns her whole body away from me, and for once, I don't blame her for her stubbornness..
